Dont waste you $$$ AFTER purchasing the app THEN says it won’t work on my phone. $30+ and 7 emails back and forth with app support money has YET TO BE REFUNDED

Poor signal and data
Purchased in Singapore for 1 day. V slow data. Realised expensive vs others like Bytesim. Wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely garbage service so far
I’m in London and although it says 5G, it can barely get 2G speeds I’m not even able to make a simple WhatsApp call or look up directions regarding choosing this for my travel. It’s completely screwed me over.

Trouble with customer support
Unfortunately, support upon arrival was very confusing. It took 45 minutes for them to help me figure out that I needed to turn on data roaming. In the meantime, I have panicked and purchased a second eSIM. When I asked for a refund on the second Easter, they refunded both, although I specifically said only to cancel one and was told only one would cancel , and I was suddenly left without data. The service is otherwise been good, but the help center needs help.

Throttled on Unlimited
After a few gigs of “Unlimited” usage I was rate limited. It’s not unlimited if you can’t even load a map in a foreign country.
I figured Id be assigned an exit node and phone number in the country I picked, instead Im getting google results in Spanish and don’t have a phone number number. That might be on me. Maybe the app should have confirmed I wanted spanish search results and no phone number.
Buy a sim from a local carrier to your county instead.

Auto sub
The app isn’t able to detect your sim and you must ask for help to get the sim to work. You are auto subscribed. Anything made for a trip that auto subscribed is a scam to me. Stick to Asian providers. Europes is now scammy.
Cannot Sign In
Nothing happens. Just triggers login flow then cancels
Doesn’t work
I use “sign in with apple” and they collected all my information but login doesn’t work & nothing works, worthless app
Misleading data plans
Check full conditions on use as they enjoy hiding information behind click boxes and misleading terminology
Great to start with
First time using instead of my normal due to all the great reviews, but when needing to top up was unable to do so, got told to delete the eSIM and start again, paid for two more eSIMs but unable to install, have not got my money back AI keeps saying wrong email, even though I provided copies of the receipts to confirm email, will not use again

Bad experience
After traveling to Japan and spending 100AUD for a month of unlimited data I’m left disappointed by the slowness of the service. For this price range you could go and get something way better. Greatly disappointed
Not worth it
Honestly not that great. The service seems to be set up in a way so that it connects to the absolute worst service imaginable. So technically it works but data is almost useless. I had purchased it for my wife since her plan doesn’t offer any international roaming. My at&t international service worked great while this service on her much newer phone was just slightly better than useless. We ended up just getting her a local sim so I pretty much just threw money away.

Didn’t work
Didn’t work from the moment we landed in Europe. I requested a refund immediately.
I reached out to them again after my trip and they say that they don’t have a rend request.

Horrendous
Bought a month long 25gb esim about 2 weeks ago. It stopped working after a week so i got in contact with customer support and all they did was give me a new sim that didnt work over and over. Wasted 3 hours of my evening. Couldnt even give me a refund.
Easy set up easy use for a great price
Used in the USA last year and it was so easy. Buying one for Europe now for my daughter’s school trip. Makes keeping in touch while travelling easy at a great price.
