Why would I need a membership to hire a cleaner? The cleaners still charge full price! Intentionally vague email receipts hide what you are being charged for until you are already charged. Look at other review sites, and find a better company that won’t nickel and dime you
They are keep charging for membership and fees which I don’t understand
I am using this app last six months and I have a lot of problems. First of all, cleaners are usually not professional. I had first two cleaners they agree the three hours cleaning and left in the middle of the cleaning without finishing it then left after two hours. One of them try to still charge three hours. Try are all on phone and talking worth someone. Other issue is the fee that charged by app. They are charging membership fee and top of it charging unknown fees. The cost being sum up like crazy. Last issue is that hard to find a cleaner. Either they are not accepting very wide range of chemise time. Or they accepting it and either they changing the time without asking you or they keep asking for reschedule. It is sooooo annoying and customer service is. It helping me at all. This is not acceptable. I would give 0 star if I had a change.

Offensively bad customer service
The cleaning is fine. The customer service is offensive.
My password wouldn’t reset so I called to reschedule an appointment. Customer service said they would get back to me in 48 hours — after my scheduled cleaning.
I called sales, they transferred me to customer service which hung up immediately. I called sales again, and explained the issue. They hung up. I tried again, they declined to accept my call thereafter.
The lack of professionalism is shocking. The worst I’ve experienced from a company.

Still learning the platform.
I’ve tried two cleaners on here and they were both great.
I hate to have to spend my money on a cleaning service but due to health issues, I need help because I just can’t keep up and everything got out of hand. 2 cleaners in a matter of days. Had it Friday and now Tuesday today. I’ll be going for my 3rd appointment on Monday. Money well spent.

Deceptive
Cleaner was great and friendly, but you don’t realize you’re paying the membership fee on top of paying for the cleaner. It seemed very deceptive. I just went ahead and paid the $105 cancellation fee to end early but it is not made clear that you’re committing to a long term membership plus paying all the fees. I wish there was a low commitment option to try it out like they made it seem.

worth it
I’ve tried a bunch of different cleaners on this app. Some of them were just okay, some were pretty good, but I finally found Denise and she is amazing!! I book her twice a month now to clean our place and she’s super thorough with the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms.
Usually I’d have to pay like $300 to $400 for a house cleaning, but with Homeaglow I’m only paying around $160-$200 for a 4 hour clean (and that’s including the tip). Definitely a great deal if you find a cleaner you love like Denise.

Makes my home cleanings even easier!
I’m a long time Homeaglow member and I’m so glad they now have an app!!! The regular cleanings were already a lifesaver but having an app to streamline notifications & messages makes it even easier. THANK YOU!
