updating unavailability has a weird glitch and it's annoying
Whenever I add new unavailability and I want to edit it or add another new unavailability after making one, the app doesn't allow me. There no feedback to tapping on either “add new” or the day of the week.
Instead, I have to go all the way to the schedule and remake my entire unavailability request. Please fix this glitch!!

Every update makes it worse
I have used this app for scheduling and timesheet tracking for years. It used to be easy and convenient. Every update makes it more tedious and less convenient adding several hours to what should be a simple task. I will be looking at other programs for the 5 companies I’m using this for.

I’ve been using Homebase (feee version) for several years. I’m happy with the improvements they’ve been making.

Very Informative & Convenient
This app is extremely helpful when looking at your scheduled hours. It allows you to look ahead a few weeks so that you can plan your calendar. The app also offers a way to text your supervisor & coworkers when looking for extra hours or offering to work to cover a shift. You can use the app to check in & out when you arrive for work & the app also calculates the money you’ve earned. It’s a reliable app & I highly recommend it!

clocking out
love the app, but it won't let me clock out of my shift!!!! every time i try and list a reason for why i couldn't clock out, it keeps bringing me back to the original clock-out screen. i cannot clock out without explicitly listing a reason for why i missed my break (and now why i didnt clock out) please fix! 🥲🥲

Overall the app is great but it definitely needs to resolve a few optimization issues especially related to the app freezing when you first launch it. Overall great job though, keep adding some fun simple engagement animations and that would be perfect :)

Works well for creating, viewing and managing the schedule like vacation requests, trading or swapping shifts. Employee availability can inputted for ease of scheduling.

bring back being able to see your shift buddies! it was one of my favorite features! still a great app for small businesses lots of other features

My job uses this app, never had any problems! Except recently the feature to see shift buddies has disappeared, that was one of the best features!! Bring it back! Otherwise great app for small businesses
