Thanks for your feedback. All coffees on Homegrounds are shipped directly from the roaster to you. Since roasters are located across the country, some even in more remote regions, delivery can occasionally take a little longer. The estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout, and we always do our best with our roasters and courier partners to get your coffee delivered sooner whenever possible. We appreciate your understanding and hope you continue exploring great coffees with Homegrounds.

We appreciate you ordering with Homegrounds and sharing your feedback. All orders on Homegrounds are shipped directly from the roaster to you. Since roasters are located across different parts of the country, sometimes in more remote areas, delivery timelines can occasionally vary depending on the courier route and transit time. You can track your order anytime directly from the Profile - Order History section in the app, where the latest tracking updates are available. Our team also keeps an eye on shipments and works with courier partners to ensure deliveries are completed as quickly as possible.
