Does not work

Can’t log in. Just directs me to a page to download the app and then I can’t do anything from there.

Can't use the app

Never got an invitation to make an account and have tried to contact multiple times as well as contacting my University tech support about it not working, Home@Halls support team email has not responded for weeks now.
