it keeps logging me out no matter what, im in the middle of a call and it logs me out, i just want to talk to my brother please.
Worst ever app
You can’t get help when you need it. Took forever to get approved. I kept adding money but couldn’t get approved so I took back the money. Now I owe them and can’t figure out how to pay them. At one point I got a call from a nice lady. I should have kept her number. I didn’t. Now what. All I want to do is get ahold of my brother. Many states away.

Connection Issues
Hi HomeWAV team! We do appreciate the app letting us be able to talk to our loved ones, but the connectivity has now become an issue. I will test my connection and audio within the app and see a strong connection, but then when I actually accept the call, the inmate is unable to see me or hear me. Or, I just freeze completely.
The app was perfect before but this began happening in March. I did report this bug within the app as well! Please help, as I can see all recent complaints are of the freezing/connection.
I understand why we have to re-login in multiple times, as facilities require you to actually authenticate you’re the person they are trying to reach, but this also causes delays when trying to accept a call. It seems to freeze at a higher rate when doing so.
Can we please fix ASAP as we are all spending money to speak to our loved ones, and every call takes money— REGARDLESS if the call was successful or not. While it’s not a large amount (actually reasonable), it still leaves a bad taste in ones mouth :)

Having to much trouble logging into my account
Having the hardest time just entering user name and password says it already exist for another account in not trying to open another account just original account just need to fix issues on your aside not mine
Constantly logs out
The apps constantly force closed which cause you to miss calls and messages

The app is not letting me login to be able to load money or do anything. I cannot talk to my daughter because of it. It just keeps saying cannot fetch data. Try again later no matter how many times I try to login.
Do better
Nothing about this app is user friendly. You get a notification that someone reached out to you, but it doesn’t say where they’re at so you have to keep guessing until you get it right. Then it wants you to add money to talk to them, but they won’t let you talk to them. And they keep sending you notifications that they’re available but no way to send them a notification. Them.

Reviews are very telling.
Reached out via email since my account was suspended without reason. The reviews are being ignored apparently, seeing as I’m having the same issues other people had months ago. If you didn’t fix their accounts you probably won’t be fixing mine either and that’s disappointing. Whoever is running the show needs to be reevaluated.
And P.S. if these issues are not resolved in a timely manner you have no business being allowed to operate within the Apple store. Reporting to Apple as well.

Keeps logging me out
Every time I receive a call, I am unable to answer it because the app keeps logging me out!
Received a call
I received a video call but I had to unlock my phone to be able to answer but I couldn’t get the video to come up or hear the audiobook of the person so y’all only get one star I don’t think it can be fixed but it works wonders on android love it but big issues for iOS
Too many problems
Keep logging me out can’t connect to calls text say I got 455 plus text messages and don’t have new ones can’t even look at videos once approved video be gone
Ridiculous
This app sucks. From the facility to the individuals who use the app out in the free world. My husband just tried to call 5 times and it wouldn’t go through. I see the call try to accept the call and the video. Now I can’t login to message him. This is crazy poor services.

I love being able to see an talk to my loved ones but it constantly freezes up an still takes your money , they can’t hear you or vice versa an now today it’s saying check version service not available an when my lo calls he can’t hear me
