Inbox stopped working
App was fine with the basics, but very disappointed the inbox and messages feature stopped working which is making it very difficult to answer questions for guests. Requiring me to get out my laptop which is defeating the purpose of an app!
Worst app ever
I wish I can make it less than one start. They don’t know what they are doing. The app is not working, they said the tech department made an update and they were blaming apple store for not doing their part but I have also Android phone and 2 laptops, 2 iPhones and the app doesn’t work. They still not resolved the issue and it has been a hard day trying to figure it out the properties. RUN!!!! Don’t use it

Game changing Prop Management for STR
I will admit that while the onboarding process takes a while and there is quite a lot of work to get this going, the effort is totally worth it. The flexibility it provides me as a host to more personally interact, add upsells (I have a farm with all kinds of goodies), get paid on referrals to local activities and tours, integrate with a ton of marketing channels, customize my correspondence, manage pricing, I could go on…I am totally empowered now to expand my portfolio of STR’s and feel confident I am engaging with the marketplace and my clients in the best way…and earn what I need to make it all worthwhile. Thank you Hostfully!

Great calendar coordination
We are not even finished with our first year of running the short term rental, but I’ve seen huge benefits from joining Hostfully. Previously, we were only on with one of the OTA‘s. As soon as we joined Hostfully, we immediately started getting bookings from the other major OTA. Our primetime calendar is nearly full, and we have also gotten off-season bookings that I wouldn’t have expected. It makes it so nice to coordinate the calendars between all of the OTA’s and our direct bookings. Joining Hostfully and using this app was a great decision!

Absolutely Crazy
The software is great when it works but the second you have a problem your minimum wait to talk to someone is 20 minutes and it’s via text and that person will have litteraly minimal knowledge of the software and then they will escalate it to level two who you will never and I mean never hear back from. You are essentially on your own even with serious issues that will cost your company bookings. Just one example the system was not delivering my messages to guests at all so all of my messages weren’t being received including check in instructions and answering guest questions. Level two received this about a week and a half ago and I never heard even a single word back. Nothing not even when it was this serious. I’ve had multiple examples of this play out over and over. There is absolutely no one who you can talk to get help in a serious situation and you can not get a manager or anyone beyond the level one support. The owner of this company should be ashamed the software is fantastic but when you leave your customers out In the cold like this it’s absolutely absurd. People’s businesses are on the line, allot of money is at stake and litteraly no one will help you. Most of the time you can get more information out of ChatGPT but when it’s a serious technical issue and you need something done ASAP, you are up the creek.

We started using in Sept 2024 and it has solved a lot of issues managing our properties. Messaging consolidation, pricing standardization (with Pricelabs as addon), and cross-channel calendar visualization are among the top benefits. Definitely worth it!

Great Platform
Hostfully guidebooks are industry leader. It allows Hosts to upsell to current guests to maximize revenues. I highly recommended.
Needs improvement!
App keeps lagging, logging me off and I have to exit the app to refresh pretty often because content does not load or it is stuck. It is really frustrating to use. Currently, it is just not loading anything for me at all. Whenever i open the app, all i see are the three dots…
Needs work
The app loads super super slowly. Half the time I have to close out of it completely because it won’t load at all.
It is also not sending me new notifications from clients. I get notified on airbnb and Vrbo then I go check Hostfully and yep, there is a new message.
I really need the app to work better as I am constantly out and about rather than sitting in front of my computer.

Super Slow App with Missing Features
I’ve been so disappointed with Hostfully’s app. It has been getting slower and slower every day and I’m sick of seeing the “blue dots of death” as the screen loads and loads and loads. There are so many features missing from the app too that are only available on the desktop version, which makes looking things up on-site difficult.

Total waste
If I could give it negative five stars, I would. Nothing like waiting 20-30 seconds to get guest information while you have a guest on the phone and you’re trying to retrieve their info. PIECE OF TRASH!
