Can not log in
This has been happening for almost 2 weeks now. All I get is unexpected error. I have tried the app on iPhone and Samsung same error message on both. Have tried to contact support via the wed site but was waiting ages for someone to speak to me, I was waiting 40 mins and gave up.
Great dashboard
I love the new feature that shows the most recent deposit on the screen when you login. Also, the transaction filter function with the total is very useful.

Great Fund
Host plus is a great find with low fees. The barefoot investor was definitely right. That app experience is amazing as well, so easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Excellent tech
As someone who notices app performance, this one stands out. It’s fast - not just ‘good enough’ fast, but snappy in a way that feels intentional. No bloat, no waiting, no unnecessary loading screens. A few weeks in and it still feels just as responsive as day one. Kudos.

I opened my host plus account on the strength of the recommendation of Scott Pape. The site is good. Whats a bit weird and I guess it’s across the whole industry but the fees and taxes seem to show that they gobble up most of the growth being created. Is this whole super game a wrought? What do you think? I’d like to be proved wrong by someone who has had a particularly good super experience and can show me how to improve mine.

I moved my superannuation from a construction industry super a couple of years ago and it has been a very good decision. HOSTPLUS gets a better return and are very easy to deal with and have a very easy to use app that allows you to do everything you need to do

App is very user friendly and the annual fees are very good compared to my last super fund

Company gives no help in retirement options and is extremely poor in answering questions by email.
