Good stay
I stay at this hotel pretty often because it is close to a music venue I frequent. It is reasonably priced, mellow and I like the suite options. I really like their pool but this time it was out of service which was disappointing but they did allow me to lay out in the sun for 20 minutes so that was good.
The staff is extremely friendly here. I’ll continue to stay here.

Rivergums Caravan Park
We stayed in a dog friendly Cabin No 6 in this Park , I could not fault this cabin in anyway , roomy , clean , quiet, we had a lovely walk along the McIntyre River with our Cavoodle . Highly recommend this park in Goondiwindi.

too many annoying aggressive push advertisments
so sick of having my watch vibrate and wreck my concentration with apps like this aggressively pushing advertisements. The annoyance of this FAR outweighs any benefit this app provides

Great view of the city
Take the Aonami line from the Nagoya Station will directly drop you off next to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. We purchased the club access which was nice. It provided breakfast plus snacks and drinks throughout the day. The only suggestion I have is that the menu stayed the same ( for the two days we were there). It would be nice if they change the menu daily (or at least the main dishes).

Very nice hotel
If you need a break from other hotels and would like a nice experience, this is the one! I booked in July 2026, and it was perfect. If I was too hot, I could open the doors to the outside for fresh air. If I wanted to take a nap in the cold, it was perfect. Other hotels and stays ran too warm even with the windows cracked. This also was nice to relax in from all the driving around Iceland. Highly recommend if you can swing it!

Warning about rescheduling and hotels unable to help with third party apps
I’ve used this app several times for multiple reservations. If you make a mistake with the date the app will not help you. It’s impossible to talk to an actual person… they only use chats and emails. I’ve tried for seven days to reach someone.. when you talk with the hotel they can’t help you either since the app uses a different card and they had trouble reaching someone too. So I learned an expensive mistake don’t use this app…

The virtual agent is useless
I ask a simple question as how to add a new card for payment but the virtual agent is so useless! It either cannot understand the question or gives error response.
Hotel Changes - average experience score
Parking a car is now charged at $15 on top of accommodation unless you are an Accor member. The room we stayed was outdated unsure of becasue the booking was made via hotels. Some people received special toys, bathrobes slippers toiletries us nothing we had to ask for it. The neighbours V were noisy till 12am, the pillows were uncomfortable. This was our 4th time in the hotel and very disappointing experience. No loyalty to its patrons who stay there rather what room has been booked.

Vendue terrible
We stayed here two nights, both nights fire alarm went off after midnight. We had to get dressed and it was a false alarm. This is not a good place to rest, especially at 500 bucks a night stay away from this hotel.
