Business necessity!
I’ve been in the HVAC/Electrical field for 17 years. Worked at companies that used their own apps and others that used “service titan”. Once I started my own business 5 years ago, I decided on using a Housecall Pro trial without knowing much about it except it was like “Service Titan”. I’m glad I did, from what it was in 2021 to what it is now in 2026, this app keeps surprising me with the improvements each update. There are a lot of add-ons they try to sell you (which are useful, just not for me), I have the yearly app sub w/ business phone AI answering service and it saves ALOT of time. Any new blue collar business needs an app like this!!

This app is extremely hard for users to navigate through if you ever have to go back and find a job you better hope it’s in the schedule cause there’s no search feature. Definitely have use better apps
Website push
They were quick to take my money for the website, but never asked for my pictures, or how I felt about the final product, now I’m in website limbo, waiting to edit a few items that could of been resolved, before it was done
Desktop UI is clunky
Desktop app is pretty horrible. Web interface is better.. Kind of annoying.
