Can’t upload despite day finished
Try to upload photos at the job site, none upload. Get home, still trying to upload despite now being on wifi. Good ideas executed so poorly
Makes running a business easy
I have been learning this app for a few days now, there’s a lot to it. And it may be confusing at first but I promise you guys log into it every day and just make it a goal to get familiar with it. Anyone else with a remodeling home services businesss like me, or ac and plumbing or electricians. This app I mean service, is a game changer, it’s worth every penny. And I to the housecall bosses.. Andy fisher from the cash flow team. Just taught me so much and answered so many questions I had that where really confusing me, your guy Andy was able to give me a complete understanding of this app and how itll work best for my business. He is the mvp in our integration story and is more than likely the reason my business and housecall pro willl be doing business together from here on out.
Very solid app. 5 stars from us!

Laggy and customer service doesn’t stick to their word.
I at first was exposed to house call pro by a random phone call telling me to download and try it. The free version worked just fine for me. Laggy, but free. Phone free version is bad. It doesn’t give you an option for vast settings on the phone.
Customer service will always call to try and upsell, when you eventually do it and try it out, they say they will train you on how to use it, but their “trainers,” are the sales also. They look everything the night before and then go over the training with you. So they didn’t even get trained on how to train people. It was very obvious. They were learning as they were going through it with me… very frustrating… whenever you want to go back to the free version, they say they will give you a free month, and then call to finally confirm the cancel, they don’t call back. They just hope you forget, and then it automatically charges your bank again. You call to complain again, and they try to just get you to repeat what they had you do before. A professional company run by a bunch of people working from home. Just an overall bad experience of people pretending they know what they’re doing.

Meh
The website software is great, but the mobile app is seriously lacking in functionality for techs.
Recurring events don’t work well. They require a lot of manual work to copy and paste and are not flexible at all. You can’t just change a single appointment in a series.
Techs cannot search their prior jobs.
Techs also didn’t have a week view last time I had a demo.

It’s pretty good
It’s good, but has a lot of redundant things I’ve got to click on to complete a job.
