Should integrate tap payment as option
Generally good, should add a way to make payments via tapping a card directly on phone while app is open instead of entering card details manually every time. We work a high volume so that extra time spent adds up. Not to mention the occasional wariness of the client asking if entering it manually is safe.

Over the past six months, there have been several outages where either payments, the chat function, or other features failed to work; things are constantly being updated, yet something is always breaking. This happens on a regular basis, so, honestly, I cannot recommend this program for business use.
