die app ist mittlerweile super gut. früher hat sie eigentlich nur durchschnitte angezeigt, aber jetzt gibt es so viele insights und verschiedene werte… da bleibt wirklich kein wunsch offen… 😍

A good (maybe obsessive) measure

I am 81 and obsessed with staying healthy for another 10 years at least! It’s pretty clear that research coming about now is that we actually can get up to 8-10 months back for every year we age and those stats are getting better all the time. (See Ray Kurzweil for deeper data). One thing is clear, our heart is a major key to our health and having a measurement that lets us know how we are taking care of our heart is an excellent piece of data. I’m an engineer so I love data and these data from the HRV tracker are really helpful to assess how I am doing relative to my recent and long term history. I can’t recommend it enough. It’s worth knowing how we are doing so we can adjust!

Sehr hilfreich, aber nicht mit Abo!

Ich rufe die Infos über die App mehrmals am Tag ab. Sehr gut dargestellt und auf der Watch gut nachvollziehbar. Mit der Atemübung in der Achtsamkeits-App wird nach einer Minute die hrv gemessen. Wer mal googelt was die hrv ist wird erstaunt sein.
ABER ich bin heilfroh, dass ich die App 2021 einfach für 3,49€ kaufen konnte. Ich würde sie nicht abonnieren, denn man kann die Daten auch einfach in der Health App einsehen. Sehr schade, dass man jeden Mist heutzutage abonnieren soll.

Great application to measure stress

Hi there, it was pleasure to use HRV tracker.

Developers are very responsive, kind and deep dive to issue. I had two watches and they found solution.

Its really nice functionality about current stress level.

Does not work for new Apple Watch

Hi there, it was pleasure to use HRV tracker on previous watch.

But after last updates right now I can see only lock. Also, I’ve tried to play with subscription - it does not work.

Ive contacted developer of the app, and from first time my email was ignored.

When I follow-up again they have started diagnostics. Unfortunately after following several guidelines nothing happened.

It was nice functionality about current stress level, but after adding reports and other unnecessary features application does not work anymore on my device. It’s sad

Thank you for your feedback. For some reason, your legacy paid app status isn't syncing from your iPhone to your new Apple Watch. Unfortunately, we haven't yet been able to determine why the sync fails on your device, while it works as expected on others. We're very sorry for the inconvenience, and we're doing our best to resolve this issue affecting your Apple Watch.

Don’t update when transferring to new iPhone. Unintuitive, incompatible and basic. fail.

Removed complications features and now the app doesn’t pick up my HRV readings

When I wake up I run a mindfulness meditation to capture my waking HRV. Then I open this app on my watch to see what the reading is. In the last couple months or so this app has changed the complication features to the point I had to completely change a watch face I had for a long time. Now suddenly I can’t even view my latest readings from the watch app? Getting buggy. May not continue using it. I’ve checked all permissions and my other apps are still able to read my HRV data. This app is losing its edge.

Sorry to hear that the complications aren't working as expected on your device. This issue probably occurs when the app tries to update from the old legacy version to the completely renewed 2.0 version. You probably need to reinstall the app on your Apple Watch and restart your device. If this doesn't work please contact us at contact@sydvesti and we will happily help you out with getting the app working again. So sorry for the inconvenience.

New Version ruins it

The old version was simple and perfect. Easy to ready and understand with a glance. The new version does more, but is incredibly less useful. No clear numbers. Not easy or intuitive to see what you’re looking at. I’m getting a different app. Not useful now.

Broken

Since the new update my watch HRV number didn’t update. Tried to reset it and now it just shows a lock and tells me to open in app. I open in app and nothing happens

Been using this app for years and holy cow was I surprised when I opened it today. What an amazing update! The redesign is gorgeous!

Fantastic app!

This is a fantastic app providing useful information for historical review of your HRV.

Has a new look (GUI) that I think is perfect. Developer response is outstanding.

I use this app in conjunction with my Garmin data. Garmin hides data and only shows results.

Version 2.0

As a user of the app for several years, I was wondering if the app was abandoned.
Well no it’s not, and Version 2.0 was completely rebuilt from scratch. If HRV tracking is something you watch, this app is well worth it!!
