Stop forcing for order review. Your review pop up does not even have close button neither closes on itself nor accepts review. It won’t accept any review less than 5 star. If you try to submit 3 stars then it throws error and blocks you until you give 5 stars. Fraud

Shop is closed still accept orders, then you will not able to cancel the order.

A developer contacted me to explaining me how to cancel the order, I know how to cancel the order the thing is that if I am not in cafeteria and ordering from my desk so that when I come to cafeteria the order will be ready for me to take, now if the shop is closed how I am going to know that the shop is closed or not. If the shop is closed then the owner of the shop should mark like not accepting the orders as of now. Also I don’t want to give feedback for my previous order but the app is making it mandatory otherwise you will not able to move forward, why on the earth it is mandatory, and when I try to give feedback and submit boom there is no Submit button fist it wants you to give the feedback compulsory then there is no submit button, how am I suppose to move forward, that’s why it’s dumb app, and so called developers not taking actions on it, wow I am also a developer and I would take these notes very seriously, I mean it is the end user who make the app works perfectly by testing it out and giving hard feedbacks so you should accept it and make the changes.

Delay orders and no cancellation option in app.
I ordered food , it is not getting ready after half hour also. When I called customer care they are saying we can cancel order. If order is taking long time , why vendors are accepting. And there is no option for cancellation. We need to call customer care and cancel.
