No way to sign up
Once you download the app, you can log in, but there’s no place to sign up. There’s text that says “sign up” and an arrow, but nothing clickable.
App keeps crashin on login
Every time I try to login the app keeps crashing. I can not access my account.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL. I put an incorrect pin three times, and they asked me to call their support. I called several times and they hang after 5 minutes of waiting, their whatsapp number is not responsive. I'm glad I only had a few dollars in this account!! If I had thousands I would be very mad.

Piggy bank won’t transfer my money and the costumer service keep hanging up on me before I even get a representative I’m out of $376.46 right now that’s stuck in my piggy bank

I have not use this account to have my account locked for identity theft and you can’t contact no one or you can’t have no one money locked up and when I call no one answers and they switched up everything

They locked my account randomly, support doesn’t respond to emails. What a joke, stick with a real bank.
My account was blocked!
Y’all sent me an identity verification and I completed it and it said everything was all set. Then I get a message saying my account is blocked. I will be pursuing legal action if y’all don’t unlock my account. My paycheck is supposed to be deposited tonight and I live paycheck to paycheck so I can’t afford not to have access to it.

DONT USE THIS APP IT IS TERRIBLE
customer service is non existent, call their 1800 number and find out for yourself. Do yourself a favor and do not use this fake banking platform. They steal your money and do not help their current customers not by phone not by email not by whatsapp it is just beyond despicable. I really tried to give them a shot with involving them in my finances and they have let me down again and again and AGAIN. I will be writing a government agency that can regulate that oversees their license because it needs to be pulled and shut down! Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life, and I’ve banked with a handful amount of institutions. Run away and do not think twice about this app.

Can’t even access the app.
Every time I open the app and login, it tells me to update the app. There is no pending update available.
No Customer Service
I have been calling their customer service number for over two days and no one answers. I have emailed them and texted them and no one answers. This is clearly not a real banking app.
The worse bank ever!!!
Absolutely the worse bank ever!!! The very first time I loaded $450 on to my account I used it twice and they locked my account for fraudulent activity. They said I had to verify my identity sending my I.D in I did that still no access to my account . I called 15 times back to back I got no help and still my account remains locked I will be closing my account after I get my money back and hope no one else banks here!!!!!!’

Easy to use money available instantly
Not sure what all the scam reviews are talking about. I opened an account in 5 minutes and was able to add to my balance using Apple Pay without any problems. I added $90 to test then added $200. I was able to use my debit card without any problems. Thanks
