Awesome!

Great app easily, laid out with clear instructions and obtainable progress!

Love this app!

Hybrid Calisthenics, and really Hampton who is behind it all, has been a huge blessing to me! This app really helps you progress based on your own abilities, and reach new workout goals at your own pace. I highly recommend giving it a try!

BEST. FOR. RECOVERY.

Have about half a million injuries, haven’t been able to do pull-ups for years. Thanks to Hampton’s incremental & ever-progressing steps toward movements, I can do one on the rings! (with feet on the ground of course:) Stellar app, love how there’s only positive reinforcement and no “HOW COME YOU’VE BEEN ABSENT” emails, lolllll! Gotta get this app!!!!!!!!!! 👊

Can't change number of reps

Whenever I try to change the number of reps I've completed, the save and cancel buttons stop working. I can't log the correct amount of work I've done. This is a free trial and I've already cancelled my subscription. It's a shame because I've been following your man for years.

Simple & Accessible

This has helped me develop a healthy relationship with exercise. Its simplicity and overall tone is welcoming and encouraging.

One thing I think its slightly frustrating is my custom workouts are not appearing the way I have them saved. For example:
On Thursday:
Pushups, Leg Raises, Elbow Levers
What’s showing up on my Home Screen:
Glute Bridges, Straight Leg Twists, & the Grip.

I believe this is a glitch and not an error on my end. Open to any suggestions.

Straight to the point!

This is perfect for me. Practical quick workouts! Played my own music in background 🎶 Got the 4 kids and my husband to do it with me too!! 🤩

Easy but helpful

Your so cool I love your friendliness 🙂 I wish you did an opening welcome friend with your smile and a wave when you open the app.

Motivation

I like that you don’t have to pay extra if you don’t want extra

No offline capability

As much as I want to give it 5 stars I have no way of using it when I am away from WiFi. It has great navigation ability and easy to do and understand work outs. Heck even the beginning questionnaire was great. Unfortunately being unable to have service and not able to use the app while not being logged in makes it impossible for me to use it at all. Also paying $100 for a year or paying for a monthly subscription is way out of my budget. They also make you choose the yearly subscription if you want to do the 7 day free trial. Overall a really good product if you don’t have connection issues and have the budget that can work with that.

Simple but also a bit lazy

This app is fine. For a guy who spends his time making videos, it would make sense to actually include some audio explaining how to do the exercise and its importance. If you have levels for each exercise, it would also make sense to let me select the level I want. For timed exercises, why not add a countdown instead? It's missing a lot, and for now, I don't see the value in paying for a subscription.

Please just one update

This app is perfect! One thing that could be cool add is progressions for custom workouts! I’m doing handstands and it would be awesome if I could do the progressions I want to do for them

I love Hampton from hybrid calistenics

Everything is integrated neatly and I feel like the devs will respond to feedback based on the app.

Fantastic App

Simple, straight forward, calisthenics strength training app.

It actually helps you get better and always meets you where you’re at regardless of experience level, high or low.

Finally something that leads with positivity

So many of these apps try to tap into insecurities, whether it’s weight loss, what people think of you, etc. This app takes you where you’re at and adjusts to you so you can start gently and move forward. Motivates without body shaming!

Pretty Good Overall

I’d say this is an excellent app, but it glitched for me, so I wish there was a report function. Overall, 4 1/2 stars. I would tap that, but I can’t. App stores doesn’t have half stars for ratings.

Disappointed

There’s no commentary you have to be watching it actually do the exercises and you can’t log your second set

Great for everyone

App allows beginners to get in shape enough to access greater exercises. Following the Hybrid Routine paired with a great diet and cardio also promotes significant growth and strength in all areas. Highly recommend for newbies and individuals who are returning to their fitness routine. Best advice is to take things slow and do the level 1 progressions of all workouts despite what your ego may tell you.

Too easy

It started off too easy and there’s no music or sounds to let you know when you’re supposed to move on
