Near perfect app
This is my first time using a mobile app driven laundry service so I do not have another experience to compare, having said that I'd like to say the laundry service results and time meet my expectations. The reason for one less star is due to the ease of app UI design. It isn't as intuitive like most apps so it took a few tries and customer service contacts. As a foreigner who doesn't understand Korean as a native there were some challenges. It would be great if there's an English version of the app as an option.
Additionally, my wife used to have an account with Laundry Go services, however as she opened the account through our previous home address her account doesn't allow her to return the Laundry Go suitcase container. We tried to reach out to customer service but had no luck. Since we aren't able to return the old container I had to open a new account and request for a new container. We are debating what to do with the old container as we cannot use it so it will end up in trash🤷🏻

런드리고 진짜 편해서 계속 쓰고 있어요. 계절마다 이불 세탁 맡기기에도 정말 편하고 문 앞에다가 맡기면 수거 하고 배달까지 해 주니까 아주 편해요. 이번에 프리미엄 서비스도 맡겨보려구요.

내가 미쳤다 미쳤어.. 인간은 정말 같은 실수를 반복하네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 이걸 왜 또 이용했을까~~~ 예전에 이용했을때 너어어어무 별로였어서 두번인가 이용하고 지웠는데, 이번에 급하게 필요하여 다시 깔아서 그때처럼 실수를 마구하진 않겠지.. 했는데 옷을 맡기니 집중케어 부탁한 옷 틀린다거나 체크해놓은거 안해주거나.. 똑같은 상황이 또 생기네요 ^^… 내가 미쳤지 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 심지어 고객센터로 전화번호를찾을수가 없네. 챗봇이랑 이야기하라는데, 챗봇을 클릭하면 1:1 문의만 뜨네요 뭐하는짓거리지 제대로 사람써서 일하는것 같지 않아요

너무 좋아요 할인도 받고 왔다갔다 수고로움에 비해서는 충분히 이용할만해요. 근데 집중케어 체크 안하면 얼룩제거 거의 안된다고 보시면 됩니다... 어플이 어디 어떤 버튼 있는지 잘안보여서 ux 개선 필요해요

런드리고 제대로 써보는 건 처음인데 수거가 너무 편하네요. 가격도 합리적이고. 그동안 집이 좁고 말릴 공간이 없어서 힘들었는데 오래 사용할 것 같습니다.

I recently tried Laundrygo, and overall I’m very satisfied with the service. Scheduling a pickup and delivery was very easy through the app, and the clothes came back clean, neatly folded, and smelling fresh. The pickup and return time was punctual, which made it really convenient for my busy schedule.
