Trash Bank, Awful Service, Terrible Customer Line

都2025年了还有人在用浦发卡？！1、办事效率低下，一个case要处理周期3个月起；2、服务热线语音提示听到崩溃，没有招行优化；3、积分如鞋底尘埃，20w换毛巾？金缕银丝编织的？4、客服语气强硬，照读条款条例规定，不实际解决问题，垃圾得一比。一如银行Shanghai Pudong Development Bank 傻屁呆比！
