SCAM! DOES NOT WORK
Scam! The app is used to get your information nothing more. I worked 40 hours, waited a week for it to reflect on the app, never did. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve had multiple interactions with Support. They are no help at all. I referred to Coworker and I did not get my referral bonus for two months. I had to go back-and-forth with him for months. Then I went to try to refer a new Coworker and because of the issues prior they made it to where I could not refer anybody. Everything was fixed. There was no issues anymore but when new employees try to use my referral code, it said referral code not valid. I took pictures of them trying to enroll in what it was saying and they were absolutely no help. They told me I needed to have the other person write them even after they saw their login and them try to use my referral code. They just turned it off so I will not be referring any more coworkers and I’m the only one that tells people about ImmediatePay at My Work

disappointing
didnt care for it but that’s what my job chose so had too, but what i’m really upset about is they didn’t send no type of email out to warn us that they won’t be offering it after November 9th! Why wasn’t this sent out ? Why didn’t a email come out to those who use it. I Sat for a couple days just waiting thinking it was just a prior nope, it’s done for, and that’s inconvenient cause i normally take out for my bills.

worse payment system I have ever used.
ImmediatePay is genuinely, hands down the worst payroll system i have ever used. The customer support is god awful, the service people are rude and extremely unhelpful. They will mess your money up and give you the run around while having an attitude. They may or may not even fix it. Immediate pay alone is making me consider quitting my job.

The name absolutely misrepresents the service. There is nothing immediate about it. You must wait. And wait. And wait.

The worst payroll system ever.
This is by far the worst payroll app I have ever been forced to use. It offers the option to take out your money the next day. So as a server I like to keep my money in the app for a couple of days so that it can accurately process everything and then I take it out when it gets close to $500 because that is the maximum you can take out at one time. It commonly takes extra deduction from your paycheck because they apparently do not know how to do math. Anytime you contact support about these random deduction they say it is because they did not take enough money for taxes. However I fail to see how that is my problem. They are so vague, you cannot access pay stubs or anything unless you use a third party app then it’s almost impossible to compare your paystub to you immediatepay payments. This company does not care about the people it represents and it refuses to be any sort of help. Honestly if you let management team ever announces they’ll be switching to immediate pay, get a new job.

Helps when in a Bind
Having the option for immediate pay and to have money advanced has saved me more than once! Life happens and and when that extra cash is needed quick immediate pay comes to the rescue for those times. Easy to use and fast transfer of money.

Not Immediate Pay
This app should be called Early Pay, not Immediate Pay. It can take up to 24 hrs after your punchout. So if you’re needing your funds quickly, I wouldn’t count on it. Still waiting for my funds to be available. Not sure how much longer I’ll be using this app.
Completely a scam
This app is completely useless. They claim to have an “immediate payment system” when it’s in fact the opposite and is overly difficult. This app should not be used by anyone being paid through this app, it is a total scam. The app shows you basically nothing and they tax you for everything. Do not waste your time, YOUR MONEY, or your effort.

if you are an employer thinking of switching your tipped employees over to this app, go ahead and save yourself the trouble. the MOST complicated app, the MOST UNHELPFUL customer service people, and terrible design and layout. SPARE YOURSELVES THE WRATH OF YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! we learned so you do not have to. IMMEDIATE pay??? more like NO pay
