Awesome app!
Love how customizable this app is while still providing the instruction I need. It continually updates and customizes my program based on how I’m performing, and the explanatory videos are super helpful. I also like that it lets me time my rests in the app so I don’t have to bring a timer or switch to the timer app. I’ve already recommended it to others.
