I also deal with stress by selection by selecting the different choices from a menu of different choices that seem to resolve both the burned out feeling and higher beta brain waves
This is worth the money if you value sleeping through the night and lowering the stress level out by selecting a number of different choices that chill me out

SCAM
I also prefer lower more bass-like sounds for sleep. These are too high pitched for my needs. The simple fact is that the product is not AT ALL as advertised and they try to upsale you multiple times before you even try it. Gross..
