This company is has been charging me after I cancelled my subscription. Not worth it.

Not for everyone

I had no communication with a person after the 7 day trial. Cancel after 6 days if it doesn’t help. A lot of their advice is out there free.

SCAM!

they tell you it’s a free 7 day trial and they will notify you before they charge you. LIE. they tried to charge me right off the bat, but I had my credit card turned off. I turned my credit card on like a week later, and bam they got their charge in. clearly, I disputed it.
As for the app itself, it’s nothing but reading pre-generated material you can get for free on the Internet, it’s just advice and how to try to get more sleep. Using behavior therapy, it’s available for free on the Internet so basically you’re paying for nothing unless of course you just like to log on this app and log your sleep.

Danger - This is a scam

Do not give these scammers your credit card information.
I signed up for a two week trial. My card was charged but I did not receive login credentials. Customer service has not responded, but today I received an automated email stating that my card will be charged almost $300 in a few days with no way to opt out.

I will have to contact my credit card company tomorrow for a charge back.
