Not a real app

The whole interview is just a way to get you to meet with a clinician.

Too expensive and pricing not clear

I was led to believe that the fee was based on a course that I would pay regardless of how quickly I moved through these sections. It charges you based on time periods whether you are able to login or not. I am really disappointed in the product and service. If you need help with insomnia, this is not the product or service to use. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off.

Helping!

I’ve struggled with being able to fall asleep for over 20 years as I have the common problem of not being able to shut my mind off. I’ve been using this program for three weeks and have only struggled one time. I am cautiously optimistic that this is going to be a life changer. Only time will tell but so far I am extremely happy with the process.

Didn’t work for me

It looks like the program worked for some people but not for me. My “sleep efficiency” went from 44% to 56% with the goal being 90% and this was after I abandoned some of the techniques because they just didn’t work for me. I can’t really call this a success. I still feel that the $500 I spent for 8 weeks was not a waste because I am pretty desperate to get some sleep so it was worth a try. Also I was given some tools to work on after I left the program. It was nice to have a personal coach who was very good and responded quickly to my questions. Some of the replies appeared to come from prewritten templates but were still useful. So the program might be worth a try if you’re desperate to get some sleep. It just didn’t work for me.

Amazing

This program completely turned around my insomnia, you may need to give it a full eight weeks, but the coaches and programming are wonderful

The First Sleep Program That Actually Worked

I’ve tried a lot of different things to improve my sleep, and Sleep Reset was the first one that actually worked and stuck. Beyond just sleeping better, I learned a ton about sleep and built habits that feel sustainable long term. The biggest difference was reframing how I thought about sleep - moving away from the anxiety and pressure around it that can create a vicious cycle, and learning to approach it much more positively. It’s made a huge difference for me and I couldn’t recommend Sleep Reset enough.

Insomnia solution

I’ve had insomnia, on and off, since my teens. The only solution was running. As I’ve gotten older and hardcore running was no longer an option my insomnia has gotten much worse. In search of a solution my wife found the Sleep Reset app, which is a compromise, giving you guided sleep help with a professional sleep specialist available via text messages. I can’t say enough great things about my sleep counselor Shonda and all the help and guidance she provided and the tremendous Improvement in my sleep I have seen over the last 6 months. It is expensive, but if you are as desperate for good sleep as I was, it is worth it!

They’ll just take your money

This company is has been charging me after I cancelled my subscription. Not worth it.

Not for everyone

I had no communication with a person after the 7 day trial. Cancel after 6 days if it doesn’t help. A lot of their advice is out there free.

Rip. Off

They offered a 7 day free trial, promising not to charge you and THEY did!!!

SCAM!

they tell you it’s a free 7 day trial and they will notify you before they charge you. LIE. they tried to charge me right off the bat, but I had my credit card turned off. I turned my credit card on like a week later, and bam they got their charge in. clearly, I disputed it.
As for the app itself, it’s nothing but reading pre-generated material you can get for free on the Internet, it’s just advice and how to try to get more sleep. Using behavior therapy, it’s available for free on the Internet so basically you’re paying for nothing unless of course you just like to log on this app and log your sleep.

Danger - This is a scam

Do not give these scammers your credit card information.
I signed up for a two week trial. My card was charged but I did not receive login credentials. Customer service has not responded, but today I received an automated email stating that my card will be charged almost $300 in a few days with no way to opt out.

I will have to contact my credit card company tomorrow for a charge back.

Liking the experience so far

So far it’s really good. I’m 5 days in. It’s not as accurate as a sleep therapist would be who listens to your unique situation. However a sleep therapist does not cost $20 ! I’m learning a lot and very excited about my progression. They’ve done an excellent job of making addressing this on a self help platform fun and engaging. Worth a try! I have a real person coach - the veracity of which is still to be determined.

Helpful!

This program gets results. Structured program that uses a combination of cognitive reframing and sleep restriction to get you back on track. First few weeks can be hard but you get access to a sleep coach who is helpful and knowledgeable and cheers you on. (Shonda was my coach - she was great !!).

On the more expensive side but you can use an FSA which helps.

Scam

Sign up process silently till my money and refused to give me any content. I thought that maybe they just didn’t charge me/something went wrong on the backend and deleted the app. However I just received an email reminding me they’re renewing the subscription and the only way to cancel is through the app which refuses to believe I’m subscribed!

Really wish app developers were still forced to use Apple subscriptions where this nonsense never happens.

I can sleep

I definitely picked the right app to help me improve my sleep. Reset Sleep’s personalized plan, information/education and support have totally improved my sleep. I now sleep eight hours a night and I no longer deal with the frustration of long periods of sleeplessness through the night. I would strongly recommend Reset Sleep if you are dealing with issues with sleeplessness.

Improve your sleep!

This is a great program that can be covered by some insurances! Customer service was always very quick to respond to emails for questions and issues with the app. Mija was a very encouraging coach. My quality of sleep has improved dramatically and I didn’t realize the level of sleep anxiety I had before starting this program.

Sleeping much better today I

Sleep reset really helped me change my negative thoughts that were disrupting my sleep. The program used mild restriction and this markedly improved my sleep quality it deepened my sleep. Sleep hygiene advice you see everywhere did not help. I am grateful for the good listening and compassion of Shonda who guided me

Pricing wasn’t transparent

Got hit with huge bill (deductible) for nothing helpful

Beware! Deceptive billing practices!

Enrolled after my doctor referred me. The app said my insurance was accepted, so I assumed I could get reimbursed. After paying ~$1,500, I was told I couldn’t get a Superbill because I never did a “required” consultation — something the app never prompted me to schedule.

Support admitted the app shouldn’t have shown my insurance as accepted, but only offered a $75 refund.

After posting online, I heard from many others with the same experience. This feels incredibly misleading.
