Life Saver
I don’t ever write reviews but I had to because I found this app while looking for another app and I can’t thank it enough. I am a single mom and been through a lot of trauma. I started therapy today and I could not stop crying and stop feeling the sadness it brought up. They have an SOS section and it was my first time using it and after listening to two different exercises or meditations I was able to soothe my emotions and calm down. I was very impressed and have now subscribed to the premium version. I hope other parents can find this app.
