Can no longer use the app
It's ridiculous that I can't use the app any longer because if my outdated iOS. I shouldn't have to get on the computer every time now!

Trash service
Reviewing my account for using it as normal. Can take up to 72 hours to fix. Terrible customer service, and turn around time for issues. No help and can’t answer my questions.after 72 hours I was told I can make a new account as my account was disabled. I cannot use the same phone number or email so that’s fun.

Terrible experiences
I tried to use it in Houston and they would keep rescheduling my order, i ordered it on august 14th and i kept getting rescheduled and when they rescheduled it to 16th i cancelled the order and they wanted to charge me for that at first until i called and told them that the problem is obvioisly on their end and i payed and expected it on 14th not 16th. Terrible app, they obviously dont have enough shoppers and the reason for thati am wondering if it is underpaying the shoppers.
