Customer service support and getting replacements is such an easy process after the first time I figured it out. At first user interface was a little confusing to navigate but after some time re-reading the instructions I was able to get everything sorted. I love the product and the ease of ordering replacements through the app. Definitely check it out if your products warranty comes through here!

Just wished there were more people to talk to in the limited hours for customer service also limited to certain features are also another issue such as at first I was panicking seen as I had a mobile or online receipt.
