Hello, I’m contacting you regarding my insurance payments.
When I first spoke with your representative, I was told that my monthly payment would be $607. However, unfortunately, I was charged $650 for the first month, $620 for the second month, and $702 for the third month from my bank account.
I would like to know why the amounts are different from what I was originally told. I am very concerned about these unexpected charges and I need a clear explanation.

Intact app
It stops working too often to be useful.
The whole app is just trackers that will raise your insurance rates.
Terrible useless app that begs you to turn on trackers unless you need a digital version of your pink slip

boarderline impossible to understand their representatives and when u ask for clarification they are very rude disappointed considering it’s not cheap for insurance

Absolutely terrible. I have 5 insurance policies and can only see 2. Useless.
Worst app ever
I’m have 4 properties and when I select any one of them to get proof of insurance it only provides proof of insurance for one of the 4 properties. It does not matter which one you select, when you go to the access documents page it only shows one of the 4 properties. I have had nothing but problems with this app when I need information and I end up having to email my broker and wait until they can get back to me. So frustrating! If I could give this app a negative score I would. -5 stars.
