Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais même si je ne conduis pas de voiture,l’application change sur la partie de ma conduite.Il y a de moment 3 semaines je n’ai pas conduit ma voiture mais l’application change ma façon de conduite est mauvaise.

Difficile et imprécis
L’application indique plusieurs fois que j’ai utilisé mon téléphone cellulaire au volant. Ce qui n’est pas le cas du tout. Mon téléphone est toujours dans ma poche de veston pendant que je conduis. Je pense que l’application interprète mal les mouvements que je fais pendant que je conduis. Au surplus, l’application classe par défaut plusieurs trajets comme si j’avais été passager alors que j’étais conducteur. Lorsque j’essaie de changer le statut de passager à conducteur, l’application, s’éteint brusquement.

My Drive
I am very disappointed with this program. I had my Drive for a year and earned a discount for next year with Intact but because I am not continuing with the My Drive Program I do not get the discount I earned. Reasons for not continuing My Drive:
Inaccurate recording (if you dont monitor the APP constantly it will incorrectly record your focus score. Ex: I was in the back seat of a friends car and was docked for using my phone while driving! This happens all the time!
Several times when I needed to make a call I pulled over, put the car in park, made my call, hung up, and then proceeded to drive again. Docked for lack of focus!
For 6 weeks last fall the APP was not working. I reported this by phone to Intact on several occasions.
I have consistently driven 80% or better than all drivers for speed safety for the first 11 months of the program. All of a sudden this past week I dropped to 5%. I must have really been speeding to drop that much!
Just a few reason why I would not use this program again!
You need to constantly monitor the APP!

J’ai jamais vu une compagnie aussi désordonné, ils font exprès pour compliqué les procédures quand vient le temps d’annuler. En plus que c’est 3 x plus cher qu’ailleurs, ils font tout pour te décourager et t’éviter d’annuler ton assurance. Pire expérience à vie tout domaine confondus.
Avoid MyDrive
App works okay overall, most of the link don’t lead to the correct pages.
MyDrive does not work properly, won’t work for days on end, reports your driving wrong, and will delete old drives/stats. Would avoid MyDrive till this is fixed

Depuis p-e une mise à jour. Je dois entrer mon émail et mon code au lieu de mon visage. Et chaque fois que j’essaie d’entrer sur mon application mon code ne fonctionne plus. Je dois le réinitialiser!. Vous m’avez écrit que vous m’aviez perdu sur mon application. Je vous est appelé vous m’avez fait changer mon mot de passe. Et la minute que je me suis déconnecté et me suis reconnecté il( l’application) ne voulait plus ce connecter!!!?. Alors si vous me perdez la communication avec mon application!. Tant pis!.
