Best Yoga Nidra & Guided NSDR out there

Authentic, heartfelt and effective Yoga Nidra. Practices. I ALWAYS feel better for listening and ALWAYS fine one with the perfect focus in this app. After listening to 100+ hours of Loren, I decided to get the app and support her because the value of her work is so so so worth it! Happy to say Loren is now part of a twice daily grounding embodied practice. Yoga Nidra works so deeply you have to try this app!

Wonderful App

I am fairly new to Yoga Nidra but I love this App. Loren has a calm, natural voice that soothes. She covers so many topics in a very supportive, appropriate way. There is a track to turn to for every situation or feeling - whether that be for relaxation, aiding sleep, finding focus, and so much more! Loren is fabulous and this App is worth every penny.

Great but clunky

The content & overall look of the app is amazing. Especially the sleep yoga nidra options. I struggle with the flow & number of clicks required to play each session. Especially when you wake up at 3am & just want to have as little screen time as possible to play a return to sleep episode. They really have helped reduce how long I’m awake, which is incredible. It’s just hard to find last played & each session requires 2 clicks to start playing.

Hopefully with the new design and the abilty to create your own playlists, the easy navigation to laste played right from your homescreen, the ability to download for offline use and the favorites all help you create less clicks for the middle of the night.
