No subscription. - Custom length: any fast from 1 to 23 hours, not only the four presets - Protected day: one missed day a calendar month leaves your streak intact - History as CSV: export every fast you have logged, whenever you like The timer, the phases, the history and the streak stay free. Also in this version: - Ended a fast by mistake? Resume it right on the result screen - the fast comes back with its original goal, and the entry leaves your history - The button beside it is no longer called Reset. It only declines the eating window, and the fast you finished stays in your history - Your history is better protected: if the saved file cannot be read, IF24 sets it aside instead of writing over it - After the update, the summary card no longer greets long-time fasters as if their first fast had just been saved - Clearing your history during a fast no longer hides your streak, and no start button appears that cannot start anything - The app is now called IF24 on your Home Screen, and VoiceOver reads the plan of each history entry correctly
