Makes the Scary Medical World Much More Accessible
I am so grateful for this app. Within 20 minutes of downloading it, I had so many of my questions answered. Your records are in one place, your bills are in one place, you can contact your providers- this is a god-send for someone like me who grew up without a primary care provider and is new to the world of doctors visits, insurance, and hospitals. Thank you IHC for taking the time to create an easy to use app that provides peace of mind!

Terrible app
It’s very convenient that the financial assistance portion of the app is bugged. As soon as you try adding your household members the app shuts down. It had been like that for months. Almost like they don’t want you to apply. It needs to be fixed asap.
Account Creation Bug
While creating my account I inadvertently skipped the box to choose my gender. Instead of prompting me, the app simply continued making my account and happily defaulted to filling in that box as “Prefer not to disclose” and not telling me about it. Now when trying to make an appointment I’m prompted that gender information is required. Well guess what? You can’t change your gender in the app!! It requires assistance from someone at Intermountain Health, and if you send in a request it says you’ll receive a response within two business days. Not really useful for someone needing help now. Please fix this bug. The app should simply not let a person proceed with making an account without them giving this information.
