Above and Beyond Maintenance guy for walkthrough
Bryan Simmons was the best. He did a great job with his walkthrough with me. He was very informative and fixed a closet door that was stuck for me on the spot. Even though I was late for our appointment and he had another appointment to go to he explained all he could and apologized for going over things quickly even thought it was my fault for being late. Great 1st encounter with Maintenance

First time using the app
Nice app, first time using it, I was lucky I had a great service guy Brian merkley he was thorough with the move in orientation and very helpful and knowledgeable, helped us by submitting work orders. Although The house was a disappointment, the app helped me keep track of all the tech’s schedule and the work that needed to be done.

Low effort corporation adds AI
While a corporate landlord is low effort to begin with they added an AI chatbot that adds nothing to the needs of submitting a work order to a landlord.
Horrible company
The reason maintenance is needed is because they do a horrible job bringing the houses up to code

Not sure what happened with the latest update but it makes me sign in every single time I go to use the app! Never had that issue before. Fix it
ABSOLUTELY USELESS
They’ve made it so you have to talk to a chat bot to put in maintenance requests, but can’t actually type your problem. So now something that could have been solved in 3 minutes takes at least 20 because the chat bot is absolutely useless in creating the order.

Sal came to our home and was very personable fast and got the job completed and explained a lot about the house invitation homes and the moving in process. If you ever get Sal in Colorado Springs your in luck 👍🏽
Appointments
While I appreciate being able to use the app for requests, I would appreciate getting an alert or something when Innovation Homes initiates a visit. It was only from me going in to make a request that I learned about a planned maintenance visit. If I had not went into the app, I would have likely being charged for a missed appt with no fault of my own.

They charged us for garage bracket broke wow
Been really oissed with lack of communication with invitation homes. Garage fell one day on our truck, no one in garage. Metal bracket broke, submitted work request we got the bill, tons of emails, to the point I yelled at them, told them someone needs to call, no more emails, then they still email me, no communication at all! If I could give 0 stars I would. Now I’m worried about submitting anything for repair . Toilet is broke but I refuse to turn in the issue cause I might get charged.
