Faulty flow chart

The app makes you go to the website to update your mobile number before you can log in and then the website directs you to the app before you can log in. Terrible.

Having changed phone I’ve had some issues changing over, taken a couple of days and several attempts, have re registered a few times but finally got there.

Reversing features

Why have you removed the ability to show balance after each transaction? You used to be able to swipe left on your transactions and show the remaining balance. Seems a step backwards. Please sort it.

Not user friendly

The app is difficult to navigate and not user friendly. Feels like IOM bank is not innovative enough to cope with the technology

The only banking app

I have to give this 5 stars as it’s slowly becoming the only bank on the Isle of Man to still remain active. It’s a monopoly or nothing. Please send help UK government, we’re slowly drifting towards a capitalist nightmare.
