Do not understand
Probably the worst app I’ve. Ever downloaded. Dosing instruction are confusing and out of date . Will not track meals accurately. When you make a complaint or suggestion the AI blows sunshine up your nethers to be followed by very weak follow up from what Inhope is actually a person. Even practitioners do not speak highly of it.
Real people are great and attentive. Weight loss is going well. Try MeAgian app. Works much better to track you needs

cant track dose or when i take it
Journal is great but needs work
I have been using the app consistently for over a week now journaling all of my food entries. Many times it will not document it in the journal but will show on the dashboard the results. Thinking this is a bug or a glitch. I will close the app. Open it back up no update. My journal doesn’t populate with my entries. Come back to it the next day and my entries from the day before are now on today’s journal and when resetting the date to the correct day those entries were made for, it will not update. It’s a very frustrating with trying to keep track of each day when it’s not recording correctly

Help
When I first downloaded this app it worked perfectly. Now it doesn’t. I’ve been using it four months and I can say that when it works it’s really a good tool to have. But now it’s logging your meal on the wrong day and switching dates. Plz fix these bugs asap
Glitchy
The app is very glitchy, it won’t let you change nutrition info, or it will but it just changes back. The recipes show pictures of food with a different ingredient list. It’s kind of messed up. Often I go to log water and it says error. Let’s just say it needs work!
Needs work!
It’s a good app! However I think it needs a widget so you can track your calories,steps, and weight a bit better.
Doesn’t work very well
The app can’t keep track of weight because this feature doesn’t work. Logging in doses only works if weekly increases are happening. But if a Ivim provider had given a different schedule the app has difficulties documenting. I really like Ivim! But the app is problematic and not very helpful which is frustrating.

App keeps glitching. I check every other day for new updates but none available. It’s a good app but only if it would work correctly and stay that way
Malfunctioning
This ap is getting worse the more I use it. It doesn’t like to load correctly and then it basically locks you out of your account that you pay for. How do you fix it, well they tell you to delete and reinstall, you lose ALL of your progress!
App doesn’t work
I used this app for about three weeks then I went to log my new information for the day and everything I had previously logged was gone. I was unable to log anything current either. This has been ongoing for about a week. I had to find a different app to log my weight loss progress. Very disappointed considering what I’m paying for my medication.

Good but needs some work
I really like having access to an app. It makes connecting with NP’s, tracking data, and keeping up with dosing and orders easy. The program itself really works too, I’m down 25#!
My main complaint is that with the latest update I did the other day, now my app crashes a lot and sometimes “loses” my data. I have to edit the app, close it out completely, and then reopen a couple times before everything is there again. I’m sure it’s just a new kink to work out from the latest update.

Glp1
I joined ivim health in Jan 2026 to start a glp1 and it has been nothing but amazing. The providers, the app, the medication, the shipping all of the above have been great. Medication has been working amazing for me with no side effects thankfully. The providers have been amazing and it’s so fast and easy to get an appointment with one. I wish you could directly message a provider to chat with them about things or questions and not a bot for the chat. But other then that great.

Terrible app
It never a works! Always getting closed for no reason and they stopped allowing you to track your weekly dosage. Why do I need this app? Obviously the company is worry for potencial liabilities!
App stopped working
Very frustrating experience with this app. I’ve been using it since November and just recently it basically stopped being functional. I don’t know what happened but nothing really works, why ruin a good thing?
Referring
My friend referred me however I didn’t see where I could enter her code. I tried to talk with Ivím about it only to be told there was nothing they could do. Okay fine right. Then I referred two of my daughters. They didn’t get asked about my code. Did not get to enter the code. So now I think the referral part is a scam. Otherwise so far everything else is going smoothly.

Wish they’d change it back
I find this app to be okay, but I wish it would go back to how it was before as it was much better in my opinion. I would like to be able to see my past injection doses and that’s no longer an option. It feels like I input information and it just disappears.
No injection logs?
This app is relatively useless. The main thing you’d want to do (log weekly injections) doesn’t work. So much so they removed it from the app.

Glitchy
I was really excited to start my GLP-1 journey and after reading up on several different companies, I decided to go with Ivim because of the support they offer. Once I downloaded the app, it has not been as supportive as I was anticipating. I have been on sema for 5 weeks and have not been able to post in the community section at all. That was one of the perks to me but it is not helpful when I can’t share my journey with others and work together. Also, through chat, it has taken up to 2 days to get a response on questions regarding side effects. Considering they charge $75 for the membership, I do not find the services they offer to be worth the $75.
