I booked a hotel in Mahabaleshwar through Ixigo, but the contact details mentioned on my booking receipt were completely wrong. The phone numbers provided were not of my booked hotel — they were for some other hotels located in Mumbai. Because of this, I was unable to contact the hotel for confirmation before reaching.
I immediately contacted Ixigo customer support for help. However, their support team was highly unresponsive and unprofessional. Every time I called, they only said that they would update the issue or get back to me, but no proper response, no correction, and no resolution was ever provided.
As a customer, this created unnecessary stress, confusion, and inconvenience during my trip planning. Providing incorrect hotel details and then failing to offer timely customer support is completely unacceptable for a travel booking platform.
Ixigo seriously needs to improve its booking accuracy and customer service. I would not recommend booking through Ixigo if basic support cannot be provided when customers genuinely need help.

Gives the option to verify an international number via an OTP which the system sends then refuses to accept saying it it already associated to my email address..

Misleading Flight Updates & Poor Customer Support
l booked my flight a month in advance through the ixigo app, but it turned into a very disappointing experience. My airline, Saudi Arabian Airlines, cancelled the flight before the travel date, and I received no notification about it. I only found out after reaching the airport.
Despite the cancellation, the app kept showing the flight as “on time” and “scheduled,” which is highly misleading. Customer support from both the airline and the app was unhelpful. I was forced to book an alternative flight at nearly 5 times the original cost.
Although I was told I am eligible for a refund, it has been over two weeks and I still haven’t received it. The chatbot keeps giving generic responses without any real update.
Overall, the app is unreliable when it comes to real-time updates and post-booking support. It may offer discounts, but the lack of accurate information and proper assistance makes it hard to trust. Not recommended.

When you are ready to pay every time, fare increases 50% and come back after 30 mins and the same old fare exists. They are scamming people with fake fares.

I find every part of our journey was perfectly communicated and informed me week before of my movement!
I find flight was comfortable and crew was too good .! Pilot was superb to maintain flight smoothly and landed very smoothly ! Crew was hard working and was taking care of every passenger as needed ! Crew was very friendly and find responsible too !

Just pathetic. My booking isn’t showing nor can I enter my trip manually. Cannot reschedule or cancel my booking. Understand the gulf crisis is adding to the chaos but my flight isn’t showing as cancelled until the next day. Called customer service to reschedule and now it’s past 6hours they haven’t rescheduled. Customer service tells me that flights are usually cancelled 5hours before. It takes me 1.5 hours to go to the airport, how would I know without any communication from the airline and misinformation on the app and website??
