Blank screen
After entering pin it takes me to blank screen. I had to close app fully and enter pin again then it enters into app. I’m fed up logging in twice every time.
Error unable to process request
Even cant open an fd without the app crashing.
Fund debited from my account for my bill but not credit on billed account.
Not satisfy with bill payment transaction this month same problem facing 2nd time.

1.Do not default to IMPS for transfer. Keep it NEFT.
2. By default only show me the account I have. Dont show me a blank savings account option if I have only a current account. Otherwise keep it simple.

App is not working properly, serval times it’s showing error. I’m fully not satisfied in this app. Worst experience.

Not able to login in mobile banking
The mobile banking app is not working in my iphone since last 2 weeks. Also uninstall and reinstalled it but still not working. Plz check and resolve it at the earliest.

This mobile banking when works is fine but on regular intervals when one day u open the app it asks you to
Send a text message & this keep gain regular intervals. This creates a lot of issues n sometimes I am not able to log in app. At present it’s not working since last 3 days n there seems no solution as I am currently out of country n not able to reach Jana Bank on phone. This needs to be rectified & fine tuned
