Misrepresents initial quotes, it gave me $90 initially and that turned to $163/month after i asked for confirmed rates even though nothing had changed and i put in accurate information

Just began setting up through Jerry to get insurance quotes. The questions are straight forward and everything has been easy to navigate

I don’t remember how I found Jerry but I did, and it was so easy. I selected the options of what I wanted in my policy, Jerry made it happen. I got to compare like 5 different companies and then compare my policies to which one would be best with the different things I wanted in my policies (2 cars) and it worked. To top it off, I was charged less then quoted and both my vehicles have full coverage. Try it. Broker fee was $49 compared to $200-$300 that I’ve paid before using storefront brokers. Just try it.

Confirmed rate drastically higher than initial quote
Put in my information and got a quote for $188. Then the confirmed quote came back at $517. There’s clearly something wrong with the app’s quoting system when the numbers are this far off. Also, the lowest rate they’re quoting me is higher than what I’m currently paying with my current provider.

I do not like shopping for insurance of any kind. But this was low stress throughout the whole process. The app is easy and you have someone right there if you need to ask a question or need something explained. I’m so glad I found them on Facebook.

They have points you used to be able to use on discounts and online purchases. But they removed the reward program and I have 60k points that do nothing
