Cannot log in
After the last update and maintenance to this app and website, I can not log into my account. Have called and am told to click forgot username to reset it, however the screen goes blank when I click that. Same with forgot password, the screen goes blank. Can’t change anything when the page does not load!! This is ridiculous!!!

Bad Communication
I started a different job and tried to enroll in my new 401k plan. It just keeps sending me to old plans I am not active with anymore. I have tried calling and even though money is coming out my check every week, nothing has been invested. I am just being sent in circles instead of them adding a new account. They said it would be done for me over the phone and it still has not happened. I would be happy if they sent enrollment access number and contract number so I could enroll myself.

Wait, time is ridiculous
I should not have to wait 45 minutes to talk somebody on the phone it is a good system. I have made some money but if I have to wait 45 minutes, I will just call back another day.

Excellent web site, easy to navigate. Easy to calculate rate of return, excellent investment options updated regularly. I have experience with this platform for more than 2 decades! I highly recommend for retirement savings!

This is a good app with simple interface and works well even in low network speeds.

Very poor app! Crashes every time and forgets the entered credentials. Nightmare! Should fire everyone associated with app design and development.
Behind the Times
No live updates like so many other investment groups offer. No day to day balances. Embarrassing network! Just look around at your competitors aka JP MORGAN WEALTH MANAGEMENT and others.
Lacks in-depth insight
My biggest frustration is the lack of in depth insight and functionality the app has compared to desktop. JH desktop also offers remarkably poor insights compared to other firms.
Not great compared to fidelity app
App lags a lot, consistently, when on WiFi or not. Visualization tools are basically non-existent - if they could make some sort of YOY growth graph tool the way fidelity has I'd be thrilled.
Just about everything is incorrect.
And no way to change it.

Would give 0 if it was an option. Was cheated out of thousands of dollars because this company did not catch my former boss NOT putting our employee contributions in that were coming out of our biweekly paychecks during the whole duration of my employment 7+ years, along with other coworkers of mine. Terrible company, would never recommend to anybody.

I am enjoying the benefits of having a legacy for myself and family.
Needs much work
I have to try three and four times for it to take my password. Why? Password is correct it just flakes out.
Customer service is even more useless. Took HR going after them to actually respond to us (most of us had issues when they took over our 401K accounts) having issues accessing their accounts.
