Frustrating User Experience
I really want to like this app because it is a useful tool, and when we first started using it, it worked well. Unfortunately, over time the experience has gotten progressively worse.
My biggest frustration is the forced automatic logout every two hours. This happens on both desktop and mobile devices. Having to repeatedly log back in on every device we use makes the app unnecessarily frustrating and inefficient. There is no good reason a user should have to constantly reauthenticate during normal use.
Customer service is another major problem. You cannot talk to an actual person, and you rarely, if ever, deal with the same person twice. You submit an issue through the app and then receive repeated assurances that the issue is being investigated or that the developers have been contacted, but the problems often never get resolved.
I have a support request that has been ongoing for two years. After months of repeatedly following up because nobody proactively followed up with me, I eventually stopped trying. Two years later, the issue still has not been fixed.
The app is also slow and buggy, particularly when editing forms. Tasks that should be quick and simple can become unnecessarily slow and frustrating.
It is disappointing because this could be a very good and useful product. Unfortunately, the combination of forced logouts, poor customer service, unresolved issues, slow performance, and bugs has made the overall experience increasingly frustrating. I wish I could give it a higher rating, but the reliability and support simply are not where they need to be.

Heavy Bug
Jotform app builder has recently refresh itself every time I click on the name in settings of a page. I donโt know why itโs a bug. :o)

SO MUCH FUN!
Combining Jotformโs AI Agent software with ChatGPT Plus (on the Mac setting and latest model) is so much fun! Iโm getting ChatGPT to generate me up to as much as 700,000 characters worth of information on the area of expertise I need the AI Agent to be fluent at. I love the customisation as well and how incorporated and tapped in with all of the major organisations of today!

It Was GreatโฆWhat Changed?
This app WAS awesome and made workflows that required โapprovalsโ from multiple people convenient and fast. I donโt know what happened but all of a sudden thereโs no way to approve or write comments on workflows through the app. That basically makes the app completely useless. Even just trying to view workflow and form submissions is clunky. The app constantly crashes forcing me to restart it to continue to search for the form submissions. Fix this!

I makes me so mad
So I run a small babysitting business in my small town and I was trying to find a place where I could make a form instead of pay hundreds to print out the forms I was using before but people started filling it out and they thought it made it a lot easier and stuff but yeah after a few months of using it a client reaches out and says she can submit the form and I look and I see that 100 people have already submitted the form so it wonโt let her I donโt know what thatโs supposed to do except make people delete the app but Iโm made a new account and remade my form which took me a hour cuz there so complicated and yeah also for he publish part two f it add a QR code option I have to make so many of them and parole are always looking for and app that will make QR codes for their forms I know 120 people alone that would love this app if it had that feature but still itโs an amazing app and if I were you and d try and it out you might like it

I use this for applications for communities that I make and I use this app so itโs a safe way for me to not get annoying people joining my communities all the time itโs a great way to get the type of people you want for communities like a whitelist type thing Anywya my yeah this is a great app โค๏ธ
