Amazing service
This is a great option for those of us that don’t drive very often. The user interface is easy to use an intuitive. On the activity dashboard you have great transparency towards the charges and notifications if they need any odometer photos.
Insanely Expensive
Just bought a 2000 Toyota. Have had it for a week, so far ive paid $260 for a downpayment, and now after 6 days of being insured with them and driving about 350 miles in total for work, they want $280..? every 2 weeks?!? I didn’t even work the full week either. $600 a month for car insurance is insane, Car insurance remains the biggest scam of all time.

Easy and affordable
I use Just as a Pay-by-mile option for an old jeep I drive every now and then. It’s affordable, the app is easy to use, and anytime I need to contact customer service they are responsive and very helpful, especially Victoria.

It was absolutely wonderful to have this as an option for certain drivers a certain segment of people out there this is invaluable. We should have more alternatives when it comes to insurance. Someday, hopefully soon the powers that be will be pushed in the direction of better alternatives customer service and adjustability were above expectations. I’m sure. more than a few people in my group of “drivers”will also choose to use this wonderful alternative when needed.

This app has allowed me to be flexible with saving. Lupita Anzaldo took care of me. Every question or concern I have with payments, miles drove, changing vehicle, etc. The customer service agents (not AI) have shown excellent service.

Not Tracking
The auto trip detector was not working. It went on for a couple days. I went into the app and tried to reset it, but the reset kept failing.
Over a course of a few days Ray was helping me and checking with the techs to figure out the problem.
Somehow, he got it working and I’m thankful for that.
