Easy and affordable
I use Just as a Pay-by-mile option for an old jeep I drive every now and then. It’s affordable, the app is easy to use, and anytime I need to contact customer service they are responsive and very helpful, especially Victoria.

It was absolutely wonderful to have this as an option for certain drivers a certain segment of people out there this is invaluable. We should have more alternatives when it comes to insurance. Someday, hopefully soon the powers that be will be pushed in the direction of better alternatives customer service and adjustability were above expectations. I’m sure. more than a few people in my group of “drivers”will also choose to use this wonderful alternative when needed.

Questions and concerns
This app has allowed me to be flexible with saving. Lupita Anzaldo took care of me. Every question or concern I have with payments, miles drove, changing vehicle, etc. The customer service agents (not AI) have shown excellent service.

Not Tracking
The auto trip detector was not working. It went on for a couple days. I went into the app and tried to reset it, but the reset kept failing.
Over a course of a few days Ray was helping me and checking with the techs to figure out the problem.
Somehow, he got it working and I’m thankful for that.

This is new for me! barely a week has gone by since I made my deposit and 1st month payment. First of all the deposit and payment, affordable! I was shocked. As a single mother it was a huge relief finding out that I can afford insurance! Second. I love how easy is to navigate the app. Third. When sending a message or email they reply fast!
Fourth. Theres an option to turn off the gps or odometer reader not sure how it’s called but you can turn it off when you’re not using your insured car. For my job I use the company’s vehicle so I was afraid the app would charge me for the miles I was doing in my works car but now I know there’s a on and off button! So that also helps. Anyways I am satisfied with this insurance! And yes it’s legit! 👍👍👍👍
