No support
I Changed phones and cannot login via my new phone, I managed to get the old phone number back, still can’t login, there is no support from the APP and I am having to get other people to pay for my parking FFS.
What went wrong??
Used to be amazing value with a great app. Now prices are ridiculous and app is glitchy. Shame.

Trying to contact service team for assistance is completely useless I have been trying for days got on online chat received a response that had nothing to do with my query and chat closed never experienced such a lack of customer service anywhere
Quick & easy parking
Always able to book a parking space. Really helpful with the photos to decide if it is easy access & secure.
Scammers that charge over double and refuse refund
I was charged £57 for a parking space that when i arrived was actually £25 as per the tarrif. I requested a refund for the price difference and was refused. They said “the car park told us to” but i contacted the car park themself who have confirmed they have no communication regarding prices!

Brilliant App, plenty of choices for parking and prices. Use this all the time and had no problems, perfect.

SuperDuper
Have used just park a few times for leaving car in central London or at airports. Always been simple and easy process
Update: if this app was a bit better it would be bloody useless
RingGo just works, Phone and Pay just usually works, PayByPhone just works, Just Park just doesn’t. This app is just too unreliable, doesn’t recognise where you are or can’t find the car park you are parked in. Also forgets who you are and you have to set it all up again. Update: still wretchedly useless. Let’s you put 2 cars on the system but will only let you park one. Whatever you do don’t touch the help link, it just goes to a bot which locks up and you can’t get back to the main screen.

Can’t extend
Absolute rubbish that they don’t let you extend your stay at busy times. Can’t rely on them so don’t use them.
Complete gone downhill
Used to charge up until you cancelled, now you have to pick a length of time before you start. Also feeds you with loads of advertising & click bait. Disgraceful conduct. Low morals. Just do the job we are paying for.
Spam notifications
I enable notifications so you can remind me to extend parking or when the time is running out. Not so you can randomly spam me when not in use

Parking started before payment and app keeps pushing for so many add ons it's hard to use
A poor experience
Booked a parking space for a concert. Arrived and found the spaces full and the owner wouldn’t answer the door or phone. Tried calling JustPark and their helpline was closed. A stressful experience which almost cost my family an expensive night out. Will not use again.
Not reliable
I had paid for parking but someone had taken my parking space. JustPark takes no responsibility and the person using my parking spot could continue being parked at my space.
