Perfect app for finding parking around where you need it. I just used it to get a great safe place (reviews help a lot) on the outskirts of London and used the Citymapper app to direct me to my destination in central London. Perfect combo!
Do not expect a refund
Horrible company, horrible experience. The road that leads me to the car park in Gloucester was closed, so i noticed this the day before my booking. I requested a refund, with at least 6 back and forth emails my refund request was declined. Ridiculous! Hope that 17£ will add to your

Frustrating 2FA Setup, National Trust Pricing Too Rigid
My takeaway of this App: The App is usually easy to use, but I experienced 2FA activation issues and National Trust’s strict parking rules can create frustration that feels like a JustPark problem even when it isn’t.

We have used this site for 3 bookings. Very straightforward.
We also had to cancel another booking which was processed without any difficulties and received a full refund very quickly.

Be very careful
I had a monthly rollover space. I wanted to cancel, so did as they request you to do in the app. However, money was still taken out of my account the following month. The booking was still showing on the website, when you can only cancel the booking through the app. The app was showing I did not have a booking, but the website says I did. Terrible bug!

This app has problems connecting with 5g. On two occasions I have had to leave car parks after 30-40 mins of trying to pay but failing. My 5g was definitely working. An absolutely awful feeling to leave a car park knowing you will get a fine. Terrible App. Sort it out !
Perfect Parking
Was looking for a parking space close to the Queen’s tennis club and this app came up trumps. Booking service was simple and the instructions left by the owner of this space along with fully marked up colour pictures could not have been more clear.
No option to extend
What’s the point of using mobile to pay for parking if you can’t extend it and have to wait for it to end before making a new one. PayByPhone is way better.
A really good app!
I have to visit many hospitals in my line of work. I find hospital parking and finding a parking space, especially in London, is so stressful and this app saves me from that stress! I have recommended this app (and service it provides) more times than I can remember. I wish there was some sort of introduction pay back!

Terrible experience
Booked a space through the app. A church carpark. No one in the team looking after the place knows they are signed up with just Park. The number for urgent assistance is useless. First and last time to use.
Markup on Prices
I just realised that Justpark markup on your prices to drivers have increased to almost 100%. I have put £45 for the day and just park is charging £92 from the driver. Absolute scam. Moving to another app now.
Excellent App
I have used Just Park a few times and it has been great. It’s my go to parking app now. I did have someone cancel my booking once which was a bit frustrating but I understand things happen and I was given plenty of notice so it was fine. Actually it meant I found a better space. Highly recommend Just Park

Forces me to update every time
I use this app to park at a location i go to regularly every 2 weeks. It forces me to update the app before using it 50% of the time. Very inconvenient
Awful - beware extra charges
Cumbersome to set up. The addition of a “convenience charge” is highly ironic. Tries to add insurance and receipt options. Avoid if you possibly can.
