Notifications not working
One of the recent updates indicated a big fix for notifications in communities except they have not been working for at least 2 weeks and the app update fixed nothing
Abysmal
This app is terrible. I spent quite a bit of money for an online course, which is unfortunately hosted on Kajabi, and this is the only way I have to access the course material on mobile. The app has no ability to save your place so you can pick up where you left off, so every time you want to watch course material, you launch the app and it just goes to main menu for the course, with no idea of where you left off. This is such basic functionality, it’s insane the app doesn’t do this. The app constantly buffers and cuts in and out even when I have solid signal. The scrolling UI in full screen is so non-intuitive, the length of the scroll bar changes once you start dragging, which causes you to scroll to the wrong place frequently. This app is just awful, and whoever is responsible has no business developing software. I hope more online education developers take note of how bad Kajabi’s app has become and host their coursework elsewhere so their students can have a better user experience.

Won’t open anymore
The app won’t open and keeps popping up an error message even after update. So I went to the website and it says my password isn’t correct - though I didn’t change it. And it won’t send the link to reset my password. I have a lot of courses I purchased through Kajabi and can’t access them!!!!!
Get ready to never have your spot saved
Make sure that if you don’t finish your training in one sitting that you remember where you are in your videos because it doesn’t save. Wildly frustrating.

Bonjour, l’appli est sympa mais l’absence de mode hors ligne limite grandement de faire une séance de sport où on veut. C’est une option aujourd’hui indispensable où les séances pourraient être préchargées en Wifi à la maison et ne pas dépendre d’une mauvaise couverture réseau sur notre lieu de travail ou en vacances. Merci de le prendre en compte dans les mises à jour à venir.

Continuous Crashing
Want to love this app so badly but lately, the app crashes almost immediately upon opening. Please fix!
Not able to Link My Account
Have tried to get assistance with getting a code to link my app to my email so that I can listen to the recordings from multiple accounts have been told to contact them though it is the app that is not linking. Please help
Why won’t they play continuously?
I have checked the box to have the next video/audio play automatically but they never do. It looks queued up and ready to go but the next one never starts. I like to keep them going all night. If I wake I do start the next one manually, but it would be so helpful to have them continue throughout the night without waking and starting the next one.

Buggy app on the iOS platform
These guys apparently have not heard of QA and do not test their app on the iOS platform. The latest release July 2026 broke access to Kajabi communities. The app now crashes both on my iPhone and iPad if I try to access any community. Both devices are running iOS 26.5.2.
Other releases have had broken features that worked on android devices. It’s 2026 people this app should not be this buggy on iOS.

Glitchy as heck
I love the community I belong to. I'm actually in a couple different groups and being able to move back and forth has been handy.
But the ability to open links, pdfs, access things within the app, or open links from my Home Screen, it's all been TERRIBLE. It's awful. The app is not enjoyable and I hope the app gets updated or my community moves to another app.

Needs Picture in Picture support!!!
Fix the major bugs already
Would be a great app to have for coursework on the go, but as soon as you go to check a text and come back, the screen is black and you can’t get video back unless you close out and re-open the app entirely. But then it won’t remember where you left off in the video and makes you start it all over. Pointless to use unless you plan to watch an entire segment at once without interruption, bc you can’t go back and pick up where you left off.

App will no longer even launch!
I get an error every time I try to launch app!! How am I supposed to access courses I paid for?!
Useless on my iPhone
I had hoped this app would make course content consumption on the go possible and easy to use. I can not even get the videos to play, making the whole app useless. Works fine on my laptop, tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. Brand new phone and latest version of the app. Going to have to delete it and revisit with a future app update :(

Same problem as many others trying to log in
The app will not send the link to your email to log in. I don’t know why so many content creators use this buggy app. There has to be better alternatives. Trying to track down their CS will send you down a bot road. I’m close to asking the content creator for my money back if I can’t access the courses

Purchase a course paid 500 dollars and now I cannot access the app, it crashes . Ridiculous

Autoplay never works
It’s nice to have all the courses in one place and I like the ability for sections. The biggest downside is despite my best attempts and troubleshooting the autoplay feature has only worked once. This is really disruptive for me when I am doing a course and I want the autoplay to work. It makes interacting with the course far more difficult than necessary especially when trying to engage with courses on the go when you don’t have free hands to move between sections and click start on each item.

Landscape mode…
I hate that when my iPad is in landscape mode I can’t adjust the size of the video screen. The courses have a lot of text and links that go with the videos but I can’t see but 1 inch at a time. Clearly you don’t use your own app if you haven’t found this annoying.
