Excellent service
I attended a funeral wake in Camberwell. When I wished to leave I rang every local cab firms and no cabs at all. A lady gave me the number and I got a cab in 10 minutes. I will be using this firm when I need to get home from London.
Excellent Service
Really impressed with this company and app. Their cars are on time, clean and the drivers are polite enough. Their office staff are also very helpful. Will use again anytime I need a car service in London.
Do not use them
The app works well, but the drivers are rude and very intimidating. The drivers will make you question if they actually have a license. I've used this company for many years, but will no longer be doing so. Their approach to complaints is unacceptable. They actually condone their drivers behaving in any fashion they see fit, even if they have put their hand on a customer...which happened to me a few weeks back.

The operators for this cab firm are the most rude, arrogant and idiotic humans I have ever spoken to. Avoid using this cab firm at all costs.

This is a pointless app.
This app only places a job in their system. You then have to wait for a call from them to be advised how long you have to wait.

Best taxi app in London
This is a great app, simple and does exactly what you need. The basic fare is cheaper than rival Addison lee and the service seems to be as good if not better. What's more unlike Addison lee the app works, it's easy to use and the staff try and call if there are any issues.
Keen Group & App review
I have used them for a number of years now, the drivers are polite, friendly and helpful. Professional but welcoming. If you have any problems or are unhappy with something, Keen Group fix it immediately. The app is simple, informative and easy to use. Essential app!
If I had to make a criticism: The only thing missing from the app is a section for additional stops, e.g if you're cab sharing with a friend & you need to drop them off first. If this can be added to the app it would be perfect! However, if that isn't a priority for you then it's defiantly 5/5.

So now we have 'Fred cfc' submitting a glowing review. By coincidence the keen group is owned by Fred Keen who supports Chelsea ..... good grief, grow up and stop taking punters as some kind of thicko's with your false self generated reviews
Dont use for ASAP
Used the app twice, once for next day booking, was fine. So I thought I try it again and tried an ASAP booking for a morning meeting, cab never came. Rang the call centre and got told that app bookings only get processed once an hour. Nice app. Normally great service... Lost confidence in app..
Pointless
Rubbish, rude drivers, its easier to pick up phone and make booking to your local cabby...like the good old days.
Biggest company in South London?
I have found them to be the most reliable, smart and reasonably priced cabs in London. They have NEVER ripped me off! They claim to be "The largest Cab company in South London". Certainly feels like that when in the back of their cool blue cars with a suited driver. Move over Addison Lee blue is much cooler than black!!

Wheelchair access
Just wanted to point out that philipse9 is completely wrong. These guys picked up my grandad from home last Saturday and took him back again at 10 at night in a specialised wheelchair accessible vehicle.The lady on the phone was very helpful and said as long as you give plenty of notice it is not usually a problem (ie couple of days). Thank you to the keen group my grandad was delighted with the service and we will use again.

App has worked once
Fails to load sometimes, then other times takes all details and gives a non specific error. Would be good if it works but I've wasted more time on app than if I'd just called them . HUGE disappointment

Brilliant
Used this service a while back to book a journey. Received a message notifying me that my minicab was outside and the driver was extremely friendly. 5 star and way better than cyclist killers Addison Lee

One of the best apps for the busy traveler. I have used this app for months now and it has been tremendous. I book anywhere in the world, takes less than minute to book and even less to to book same trip again. Keen has been great taxi company and with this app, the experience is even better. Top notch

This company ripped me off last night. Their app said journey would cost 8.50, driver charged 11.50. Use Addison Lee App- much better service!

The app is awkward to use and fails to recognise many addresses. I can't believe it has any 5-star reviews — these must be fake!
