Keeps asking me to verify but doesn’t give me the option
They do not have an app.
You open the app to log in and it pushes you to a website. Nothing secure. If they offer this for their app, how do they really help and provide for our vehicles?
App is trash.
It basically opens a browser window and hasn't worked right in a long time. Get it together yall.

Five years later and they still do not have a working app but they change everything with no working app! This is insane!!! The app worked great, they switched over to Kemper, Losing the infinity, we had to create a new account and it worked fine for 2 months maybe. Now it’s a waste of space. Reinstalled and still takes me to the internet page.. it’s been months and there is still no WORKING app available! Passwords and logins I have to change! IT IS POINTLESS!

BEWARE! CROOKS!
I put my commercial auto insurance on auto pay. My payments are $180 a month. 3 months ago they charge me over $600. Last month they charged me over $400. Today they charge me over $200. Today was the first day I caught the problems for the past 3 months. They settled on refunding me $300 which is clearly not enough. After getting off the phone with them they CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $300!!! They’re literally draining my bank account right now. Do not get this scam of insurance. I will be suing for my money.

Can’t make payment
Today was my auto-payment day. I received an email that my policy is being cancelled due to failed payment. My debit card was valid and there was enough money for the payment. I tried to log in to Kemper account to make the payment manually. I tried many times, but couldn’t log in to my account, I was not even able to do a quick payment. So what do I need to do now??? How can I drive my car???

La bajé para intentar pagar por la app. Pero es un verdadero problema da opción a solo un vehículo, dice q no existe la cuenta q la póliza no existe que no coincide. No la recomiendo.
Worst Company Ever
seems to be difficult to get a person on the phone, email, or customer service live chat … tried to email them a question and it bouncer saying they can not accept emails outside of Kemper organization - live customer service chat is disabled even with the text now feature; it brings up some type of coding messaging that does not allow you to even type anything or click a start button. Horrible experience with this insurance since the get-go.

Download app and I can’t even open the app. It sends me to the Safari.

It keeps sending me to the website the app doesn’t work anymore it’s been a year. Worse app ever.
Why is this even still in the App Store?
Are you guys just never going to make this function as an app again? It’s been, what… a year since this has been nothing more than a link for the website? Two years? It’s ridiculous.

Horrible shouldn’t have to go to the web through the app then what’s the point of the app ? should be able to access everything on the app your id cards that you can add to your apple or google wallet , file claims , anything …. this app needs a major update

Just useless
What’s the point of having an app, if it directs you to the login page on your browser.
Nope.
Doesn’t work at all. Automatically opens the web browser and have to access all information there. Absolutely useless and a waste of space.
Useless App
It’s such a struggle trying to pay a bill through this app. It does not let me log in even if I change my password, or make a quick payment. Don’t get this app and go to your local Adriana’s insurance to pay. I also recommend to complain to them as this has become so unprofessional. They need to fix this app because people rely on this app to pay their bills and then they end up with a late fee. Now a days there’s a fee for everything and they’re just trying to pock money out of people because they fee to even pay your bill. Always make sure to pay 3 days before so that if this app does not work you have time to go in person and complain and pay there.

The App does not match the preview pictures in the App Store. This App is now difficult to use. There is no Home Screen. It does not tell you when your payment is due. It keeps asking you to sign in over and over. Do you listen to your customers? Some critics and complaints have been raised by customers for over a year and not a small change has been made. This is so deceiving! Please, do something!

Worst app on my phone
I would have gotten insurance somewhere else if I had known I would have to use this app.
It’s not really an app, it just directs you to a website that redirects you to a ‘new’ portal site. But your credentials won’t work and the password reset link does not send an email.
