Says on demand? Don’t expect it to be every second of the day as I know there aren’t many drivers out but the amount of times I’ve seen “keo unavailable” more than actually getting one is beyond a joke, not to mention they say unavailable and I still catch them driving past me in the direction I needed to go anyway, and I’ve been on them before to know not may people get on, more like max 6 people. Either take this app down and stop doing this whole keo thing or do better honestly cause it’s js a pile of rubbish atm

so useless
i’ve almost gotten fired from my job as i can’t get there after school, my dad now has to leave work early just to drive me to work and now we are both at risk of being fired. this app is absolutely useless, closest bus stop is a hour walk away and busses stop after 5:30, many kids go to school in the city and by the time they get up to barker busses have already stopped i’ve found myself walking over 2 and half hours home from central and see empty busses driving past after it says none are available, walking home along narrow roads with no pavements and then going full bush bashing is very dangerous for young school kids to be doing, this whole transport issue could be fixed so easily by changing the bus loops so they go past the new developments. it’s gotten so bad we are considering moving houses to the city.

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling on my latest iOS, the app can’t locate any KeoRide‘s to catch.
Most Incompetent Transport Ever
i am being so generous with a 1 star rating. every since the new update, i have not been able to book a keo ride, not from home, not from school, not from work, because the app says they cannot find a ride. then when im walking home, i see 2 empty keoride busses. what a ridiculous waste of our time.

Useless
As others have said no way to get a bus when you need it and I live about an hour walk to a normal bus stop to get an alternate bus.
