As many of the reviews have already stated, the app is not user friendly, doesn’t work, and problems are sent into a black hole that nobody responds to. Why have an app if it is only going to encourage board members to switch management companies??
Useless
I've tried several times to login and and error message always pops up. I even reset my password and still no luck.
High fees and apple pay does not work
This app’s payment fee structure makes no sense. It is actually cheaper to pay with a card than to pay directly from a checking account, which is absurd. Charging users a fee for ACH/checking payments is unreasonable when virtually every other payment platform offers this option for free.
Apple Pay is supposed to be a lower-fee alternative, but the feature does not work at all. I’ve tried multiple times using iOS 26.4 through Safari, Google web apps, and the Keystone app itself, and consistently receive errors or an “Apple Pay unavailable through your web browser” message.
As a result, I’m forced to pay higher fees because:
1. The company passes payment fees on to users, and
2. The lower-cost payment options are not functioning properly.
Please fix the Apple Pay integration and reconsider charging fees for basic bank payments. Right now, the payment experience is frustrating and unnecessarily expensive.

App sucks
Unable to make my payment, had to use the website.
Janky at best
It won’t allow me to see how current auto billing is set up but says it is. It wouldn’t allow me to save my phone number.
App doesn’t work
As the other reviews mentioned, creating an account is nearly impossible. Once you create your account and set your password it still does not let you log in. This issue has been reported for over a year yet this company has still done nothing to fix it. Absolutely embarrassing.

This app doesn’t work right. Just to create an account is a pain not helpful. Worst app I have used in a while. I hope they get rid of the bugs. I should’ve have heeded the other bad rating.
Awful App
App barely functions. Whoever built it has no idea about creating a functional app. To begin with, it will continually require you to type your password no matter how many times you select “Remember password” or select Biometrics option (Face ID). Unfortunately, their website is no better so pick your poison.

Extremely frustrating UI
How many clicks I need to do to submit a single payment?!! We are in the AI age guys, come on!
What’s the point of this?
Why have homeowners download a separate app for their communities and not build an easily accessible channel for homeowners to communicate with the HOA? Is this a joke?
No notifications
This app needs some serious rework most things don’t work including notifications and keystone ignores complaints about it not sure why they are forcing people to use it

Do better. Really test this app and the website for homeowners, because some basics do not seem to work. Currently, the “Forgot Password” feature doesn’t work. I can get one step further into the “Forgot Password” process than the Keystone Connection website in that after entering my email address the prompt disappears. To be even clearer, the same prompt does not disappear. In both instances email is not received to my registered email address. I thought maybe I need to create a new account, but the site ensures me that the email address is already registered (this is expected). If there’s a problem with the browser or its configuration (such as blocking JavaScript or pop-ups) it doesn’t inform the user in the slightest.
The page where one enters their identifiable information during registration is a usability nightmare. I know, because I am a website and application tester.

Garbage
Can’t log in half the time
This app is total garbage!
Not very useful or functional, so annoying that you’re forced to view it in portrait on an iPad as it won’t pan in landscape format. I bet it wasn’t cheap, what a waste of money!
Login Issues
App does not allow me to login using the same credentials I use for the Web/Desk version. I am able to login easily using my computer on the web page.
