Update Caused Big Issues
Clicking on half of the (Select Item - Charges) causes the app to crash. Can’t write estimates, cameras or drains.

Is it so hard to fix it??
What a rubbish I am literally wasting my time trying to figure how to login from the app, wasted 1 hour of my life trying to fix what they should do. What a shame! Never will use this again
Not functional
Using the free trial to decide which CRM I’m switching to for my business. The web version is great but the app is not functional. There’s no dashboard view which seems cheesy, but the biggest issue is scheduling. The scroll menu for scheduling jobs DOES NOT WORK. It glitches and always selects a different time. Due to the low cost, I was hoping this would work for me but I am doubtful

Awesome app for service techs
Works great on the fly. Connects right to quickbooks. My team loves it and it’s very versatile compared to other apps I’ve used. In the mobile phone age we do business in today there is no reason why you should use any other application.

Put calendar view back to previous version
New update doesnt allow me to see necessary info my office staff puts in while in new calendar view, put calendar view back as it was app was great now just a headache to use
Photo access
App doesn’t allow me to upload photos/will only let me upload one photo at a time. This really slows me down on my jobs. I tried going into my setting but “photos” isn’t even option under the app settings.I would allow access to all my photos. Please give me the option then I can give 5 stars
Nothing but problems
It takes forever to upload pictures. It kicks me off and clock is no longer working. If you don’t have great signal it doesn’t work. And I could go on

I’m getting to the point of finding a new program and leaving Kickserv.
Can not login
Can not login with email, not sure where to find my username as my username that I signed up with will not work as well as my email. The only way I can login is with a magic link that gets sent to my email. So confusing
Great App with Helpful Support
This app is very user friendly and it really pains me to see these negative reviews, especially since none of them can be found as users. The app is permission based, so unfortunately, techs think they can’t do something, when actually, the account owner has given their users limited visibility. There have been many updates lately, and I highly recommend reaching out to the super responsive sales and support teams with any questions or concerns. The company provides chat support straight through the mobile app now, as well as live on the phone.

App never loads
What’s the point in having an app if it doesn’t work? Just about all the staff have to try and use it in a browser in the field. The app is garbage don’t waste your time.

Most annoying current one is when using the app it constantly logs me out even in the middle of a long winded estimate at which point you loose the entire thing.
Logging in 10 times a day gets very annoying and time consuming.

Glitch City
I have been a loyal user for over 3 years and while the desktop version is okay I’d say 3 stars the app is at most 1 star. The app works for us about 30% of the time. It’s glitch city every time you want to use it. Stuff won’t load or it just won’t load right or sometimes like right now I can’t even access the app altogether. And for the record I have the latest iPhone with up to date software and the app is up to date as well- it just literally doesn’t work half the time. I really don’t know how the people at Kickserv don’t realize how glitchy their app is.

I run my business off this app and it will not open. Fit it, y’all!
Having Problems Loading App
Been a user for going on 7 months and after the last update the app will not load no matter how many refreshes I do. The app is very user friendly as well as a versatile tool. However, when I can’t use it, I have to bug my boss to get customers info for the day. Hope this doesn’t continue but as of now it’s useless to me.

This app is absolute garbage. Nothing about it works. Somehow the new update made it even worse than before which I didn’t think was possible. I would give this app review zero stars if possible!
