Question is why do you continuously have to do that. Now for most ppl this isn’t probably a big deal but my co-parent is very cooperative. Also like that you can sync to your google calendar but I have an iPhone and don’t really use Google Calendar. All in all I think this is great and more reasonably priced than OFW.
You Need This

Thank you so much for this. We're really glad Kidtime has taken the texting and the screenshots off your plate. You're right about schedule changes, and it's exactly what we've been focused on: we're improving scheduling so frequent date changes are easier to make, and feedback like yours helps us get it right. If anything feels harder than it should, reach out to us through Help & support in the app. We'd love to hear from you.
Put my mind at ease

Thank you — this genuinely made our day. It's been a pleasure helping you along the way, and we're really glad it's all working together for you now.
Great but the calendar won’t update past 5 months in the past :(
Response from developer
Thank you — “phenomenal” made our day. We'd like to fix this for you. Email hello@kidtime.app and tell us what you're seeing, and we'll look into your account directly.
Paid the subscription to the app to unlock viewing and editing future months
Response from developer
Totally understand the frustration, and it deserves a straight answer: each parent has their own subscription by design. We built it that way so no one is ever dependent on their co-parent for access (a promise that matters in co-parenting), and so we can keep the price lower for each parent instead of charging one person double. Everything you both add to the calendar is always shared — the subscription just unlocks each person's own extended view. If anything isn't working the way it should beyond that, message us through Support in the app and we'll dig in.
Easy
Game changer!
Works well for expense tracking and sharing, clean exports with high level of detail.
You simply put in the day you have your child and pickup is much easier on the mind when there’s complex schedules. As it calculates the days and tells you the shared care amount.
It’s beautiful, clean and performant. Kudos to the developer 🤌
Difficult setup
Response from developer
This one stung because you were right. Setting up a flexible schedule was harder than it should have been, and "start over from the beginning" is exactly the trap we've worked to remove. Since your review we've rebuilt schedule setup — you can edit dates directly instead of redoing everything, and there's a simpler month-by-month editor for irregular schedules. If you're willing to update the app and give it another look, we'd love to know if it holds up for your situation.
Not the best
Response from developer
Thanks for the honest list — this is the kind of review we actually use. A lot has shipped since March: exports now come as clean, court-ready PDF records instead of just the Excel file, and we've done real work on schedule stability so parenting time stays where you put it. Notifications clearing late is on our radar too. Update to the latest version to pick all of that up, and if the switching issue ever comes back, message us through Support in the app — we take those seriously.
Not very intuitive
Response from developer
Hey! Thanks you for trying Kidtime, and I am glad you enjoy the design. The power of Kidtime is the ultimate flexibility when creating a custody schedule. Each event can be marked as custody handoff, and by handing off the child the other handoff events update accordingly. There also is an option to schedule "parenting time". Parenting time is simply two custody handoffs created at the same time. This feature is when you want to swap the child, and have an anticipated return. This feature seems like exactly what you are looking for.

Not easy to use and extremely buggy
Its interface is not straight forward and it is extremely buggy when trying to add simple dates and events to calendars.
Do not recommend.

Hey! Early January we released Kidtime 2.0. Along the way we introduced a few issues, and have been working ever since to deliver on our promise of the best coparenting app. Check out the latest version, and tell us what you think. If you have any issues contact support, and we are happy to help.
