Do not recommend
I was switched over from Accomplish Health, where I was paying nothing for my appointment, literally the day before my appointment with no warning. They assured me I would pay nothing for my appointment, yet I had to pay a $170 charge for it. The doctor never even replied to my message when I asked about this. non-transparent, and unhelpful. WW, trillium, GoodRx and even Ro are cheaper than that charge. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

If you can’t login, app is useless and “support” doesn’t go to support
Both the app and the portal on laptop have same issue. I had made an account. I go back to log in and says login or pwd are wrong. I go to reset password and am told there is no account vi go to create (REcreate) account and says there is already an account w that email so please reset password - and around and around again with no way out. No help or support contact listed. Will change one star review when this is resolved (I am not the only one with this issue)

App Constantly Down
App has only worked for me once which was to book my first appointment. It hasn’t worked for two days and neither has their website.
App crashes constantly - unable to reschedule appointments
Get an “Uh oh” error message every time trying to reschedule any appointment.

Easy to navigate, helpful for communication with my care team and scheduling
