Worst customer service
Knya is honestly not a good app. I paid for a product, and later they told me it was out of stock. Despite this, they are refusing to refund my money. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they have been extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful.
Taking money for a product that you cannot provide and then refusing to return it is absolutely unacceptable. It honestly feels like my money has been taken and I am being left helpless. Very poor service. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

I bought one full scrub from knya before 25 days ago . when I checked my scrub ; top and bottom suit’s colour not match each other ; I requested every 3 days to resolved the issue ; knya only said we raised your ticket and problem resolved within 24 to 48 days ; they nothing to do anything .
Still they are saying we are wrorking . Dont buy from knya if you got a wrong order - after that they are helpless .

I would give zero stars if I could. Their customer support is absolutely horrible. My order has been delayed for over a week. There is no refund option and I cannot get a straight answer for customer support. It is absolutely unimaginable how this organisation is running . Waste of money!
