Poor app, poor support, and no resolution. Very disappointed with Knya.
Absolutely terrible customer service from Knya.
I purchased a white lab coat and requested an exchange from half sleeves to full sleeves. Despite being willing to pay the price difference, the issue remains unresolved.
The app is completely broken. Every time I try to raise an exchange request, it keeps asking me to refresh over and over again. I have been trying since yesterday without success.
I emailed the support team and received no response. I called customer care multiple times (4–5 times in a single day), but either nobody answered or I was told they were busy. What is the point of having customer support if customers cannot reach anyone?
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. A simple exchange request has turned into days of wasted time and effort. For a brand that caters to healthcare professionals, I expected much better service and responsiveness.

Don’t buy from here and don’t recommend to other
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Knya. The staff behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of helping customers properly, they shouted and behaved rudely when asked about delayed dispatches and order updates.
There was no sense of responsibility or accountability from the team. My order was delayed without proper communication, and the staff completely ignored their duties rather than resolving the issue professionally.
Customer service should treat customers with respect and provide clear support, but unfortunately my experience was the opposite. I hope Knya takes this feedback seriously and improves both their staff behavior and order management process.

Review regarding delay order worst app experience
Worst app ! When I ordered XL size they accepted order and i paid money ! I didn’t get Any update regarding the order , Until I raise a query regarding an order update they replied that plz select another size and we don’t have XL size available after one week ! How can i wear different sized scrub ! For next update I have to wait for 24 hours!

Bad customer service
Had bad experience. Ordered customized scrubs and after 6 days it’s not even dispatched and when asked why the delay the response is we can’t check that with the backend team and a blunt reply it will take 24-48 hours to get dispatched . No basic curtesy to even reply that we will check the reason for delay and get back . Even now I don’t know if it will get dispatched but sad part is I had purchased it for a photo shoot of my clinic and have already paid them for the shoot but there no scrubs .now I’m the one facing financial loss because of their delay .

Don’t buy stethoscope and very poor customer service
I have just got the stethoscope yesterday and I opened it . I can just hear on the left side and not on the right side. So I wanted to raise a return request for which the app was not supporting .So approached the customer care. They are telling me send photos and asking about if I have purchased warranty. like they are sending a defective peace and then asking me for warranty. Now they are just seeing my messages but there is no reply .

Worst please don’t order
This is so fake, no product is delivered. Even embroidery changes cannot be made — I requested changes within 3 hours but nothing was done. There is no customer support, only a WhatsApp number where no solution is provided. It’s been more than 25 days since I placed the order, and there is no update or trace of it. Now I am filing a complaint on the consumer forum with proof, as it has been too long.

pathetic customer service
this is one the most widely sold scrub brand , still there customer service way below the bar. I am trying to contact them from past 3 days they are not responding. Scrubs i ordered were not good. i had issue with size and material . Applied for return but they are not replying to it. from past 3 days status for application is pending. All money wasted. not going to order from this brand ever. and will let my doctors community know how bad this brand is.

Very good product. Easy to wash. Comfortable to wear. Only thing when you are ordering please look in to size chart. I am using size small . But for normal shirts and trousers my size is L and 34 respectively. Be careful about the size .

I ordered embroided apron but got worngly titled n name then when i requested for exchange. knya took my exchanged product but didn't even updated me for my new product .. been trying to contact through all modes but no reply? It's been 5 days the delivery boy toh exchanged product but while tracking my order on knya mentions nothin about exchanges ....ssly really disappointed with ur services.

This app has the worst service ever. I ordered two dresses and paid in advance, but I didn’t receive any of them. I kept getting delivery messages saying “your order will be delivered today,” but nothing ever came. Every time I contacted customer care, they said “we’ll escalate the delivery issue,” but nothing changed.
They refused to cancel the order or refund my money. This went on for days. Same response every time, but no action. I lost my money and didn’t even get the dresses. Both orders had the same issue. Very poor service — I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Worst service ever
They deliver very poor quality fabric, and no response from the team while returning the product. Nobody resolves your issue on mail. You will have to wait for days and days …and at last they will blame you that you rejected the pick-up or something else.

Worst experience ever. I ordered customised scrub with a head cap and after waiting for 10 days, I enquired into it and got to know ke they didn’t even dispatch it yet for the sole reason ke head cap was out of stock, which didn’t seem important enough for them to reach me out and ask me if i wanted to wait for the product or continue without it. Now they told ke they’ll be taking 2-3 days to dispatch and another 2-3 days to deliver the product. When asked to cancel it, they said ke we’ll cancel it but refund you in only KnyaCoins, as if those coins are worth something. Do yourself a favour and don’t ever think of buying stuff from here. Bad customer service and even worse delivery service. Go with the other competitors.

Delivered wrong size
I ordered 2 scrubs with my name embroidered on it. Only one of them has my name but it is a medium sized one, abd I ordered both large. I have called them twice. They ask you to contact through WhatsApp which is a bot, and bot says it doesn’t handle images. I have to start my internship in 2 days and I am frustrated pike anything. The app says I cannot return or exchange the product.
Mistakes can happen, but rectifying it is the least you could do to your customers. Very bad customer service. Regret buying from this app.

Always upgrade the app pops up when entering
When the app is already up to date. Always upgrade a new version available pops up. My product has been undelivered for more than a month now. Am having bad experience with Knya

Don't buy from this app they don't care about their customer .. recently some of my friends were scammed by imposters of knya by using our real personal details including address and everything but when i enquired about it and lodged a complaint they said they are already aware of it and dismissed it saying i should contact cyber crime instead ...yet they didn't even put a disclaimer ... don't use this app people they don't care whether ur info got leaked or not!!

I mistakenly Order wrong product and now I can’t change my order and can’t cancel my order there is no customer support givien to you if you talk on WhatsApp only bot chat and if you call on number they say send mail and if you send mail there is no respond so before order you need to very careful to order right item

Regarding my order
I have put an order on aug 11 th 2024. For around 8000 rupees for scrubs . They didn’t updated me till I call them. From Aug 20th onwards I am literally calling every day them they are saying some stories to me every day. I am fed up with there stories and requested a refund. They are saying customer service guys are unable to refund me. They started to tell that they will discuss with there higher authority and give conformation till now I didn’t get any refund. Is this a way a company like you treat a medico. Please stop selling your causing serious trauma to customers.
