For some reason they won’t allow me to login to my account but they won’t cancel my plan. I haven’t been able to login since day 1 and all the troubleshooting they gave me never worked. Feels like a scam. Take my money but lock me out

They Will Report Late Payments Don’t Get This App.
I signed up for Kovo to help build my credit, so I want other customers to be aware that they do report late payments to the credit bureaus with no warning. A late payment was reported on my installment account and negatively affected my payment history. I was unaware I missed my payment. I contacted Kovo and asked for a goodwill adjustment but they refused to remove the late payment from my Installment Plan, even after I paid the account off.
If you are using Kovo specifically to build or improve your credit, be very careful with your payment dates. Missing a payment long enough for it to be reported can end up hurting the same credit you signed up with them to build. I wish this risk had been made much clearer before I opened the account.

I think that these credit building site centers are a great tool when boosting your credit score for big purchases
Do not use this app they will report late payments even after you close it very bad do not use

If I could put no stars I would. Finding out the app (KOVO) don’t return the payments you pay back once you pay off the loan, like kickoff. You guys tie people into a 2 year agreement for what?? I don’t see improvement fast and I’m really mad because you guys don’t return my money back like kickoff. Definitely wouldn’t tell my family to get the app. Only person who getting something out the deal is Kovo only. Low key robbing me with out a mask. Definitely recommend kick off guys 10/10 and you get your full payment from them back same day you hit your year mark. And with kick off you definitely see improvements. Thank me later.

Kovo is a scam
Do not sign up for this. They charge you $10.00 a month for identification protection and report to they claim 4 major credit bureaus. This is a scam. Don’t fall for it!
Ripoff!
My credit did not move at all. As a matter of fact, TransUnion reported it as derogatory. Beyond useless. Pay your money, but don’t say you didn’t know.

Wouldn’t recommend
It says that it builds credit fast, that was not my experience. Kikoff boosted my credit a lot and fast. Kovo on the other hand, not so much. At least not for me. I was paying it on time and there was one time I forgot about it (completely my fault) but made my scores go down over 50+ points over $10. Would recommend if it boosted as fast as it dropped my credit, but it didn’t. Went up a couple points if that and then dropped after months of me working on rebuilding my credit.

I was skeptical at first but my credit was so bad I figured I had nothing to lose. Gave this app a try and I’m so glad that I did. It’s been less than 90 days and my credit score is already up 87 points!! I finally feel like I have my credit in my control now. Thank you so much
