Meine Einzahlungen wurden am 1. Juli (Heute ist der 12) wegen einer "Sicherheitsüberprüfung" gesperrt, Ich habe noch am selben Tag auf die E-Mail geantwortet und angeboten, alle benötigten Unterlagen einzureichen – seitdem kam nur eine automatische "Wir melden uns bei dir"-Antwort. Keine Erklärung, kein Zeitrahmen, keine Nachfrage nach Unterlagen, nichts. Mein Geld steckt einfach fest, ohne dass ich einen echten Menschen erreichen kann. Wer überlegt, größere Summen auf dieser Plattform zu halten, sollte es sich zweimal überlegen.

They lock my account after I made a deposit of £300

This app is not reliable. My account was locked without any explanation after I made a £300 deposit. I contacted customer support, but I received no proper response only automated AI replies. They have not provided any reason for locking my account or explained what is happening to my money.

Stolen funds

I deposited ETH to this krak card. It never deposited. I check the blockchain explorer and my funds have been sent to Kraks wallet from mine. It shows the funds went to the deposit address i used and then was sent to another wallet that has thousands of dollars of ETH in it. It seems krak stole my funds and are now trying to put me through the long customer service game while they spend my money.

Je déconseille vivement d'utiliser cette plateforme qui pour des raisons non justifiée peut se permettre de bloquer un transfert sans donner aucune suite.
J'ai envoyé 990€ de mon compte bancaire revolut vers mon compte krak en transfert instantané, une opération que j'ai toujours fait avec succès. Depuis hier le transfert apparaît sur mon krak mais avec la mention" in progress" . Subitement je reçois un mail indiquant que mon compte est restreint mais le virement n'est ni remboursé ni crédité et je ne dois rien faire pendant la période l'examen. Et jusqu'à présent aucun contact du service client par email pour indiquer ce dont il est question. J'ai urgemment besoin de mon argent.
